No double queen size bed. Room too small to walk. Not good for family. No refrigerator.

The good: the staff were so helpful and kind. The bedding was clean. The bad: thin walls and noisy people. A man with children was yelling "Give me a high five" repeatedly and a toddler was squealing with joy, also repeatedly, until well after midnight. It sounded like they were in the room with us. The bed was sagging in the middle. The shower drained onto the bathroom floor.

I was looking for somewhere quiet and close to my appointment address. Insignia gave me more than i bargained. The room was clean, the staff professional and helpful. Area good for pick up and drop off and the best for me os the big and freshly scented bathroom. Ill recommend Insignia to friends and family. Thanks for making my stay splendid.

It was great for a quick trip and is next toTesa which gave me an opportunity to purchase anime figures and snacks for my children before we got back on the road.

The front desk staff ignored me for over 6 minutes. When I said something it was not an urgency for herc to get my children and myself to our room.
