Best Western Plus Bolivar Hotel & Suites

The hotel was wonderful very helpful in the wake of Hotels.com incompetence not completeing my reservation properly and almost leaving me without a room. It took me 2 hours to get through and finished with my reservation This was supposed to be completed 3 weeks earlier and received confirmation from you that everything was in order, obviously it was not. Thank goodness Best Western in Bolivar brought it to my attention with a call but is was too late and we were 30 miles away from hotel on a family outing. We wasted precious time from my family that is VERY frustrating to say the least. I really think in the future I will call and make reservation directly with hotel cause then i will have correct information. They took pitty on the situation and didn't charge me an outrageous price to keep my same room. Very bad service initially from Hotels.com.

The hotel was close to our final destination - Lucas Oil Speedway. We slept ate breakfast and left the next morning. My grandkids were disappointed with the pool. The chlorine was strong and the water was cool. I will stay at this location again if we are up this way.

Everything went so smoothly! My mother always stayed at Best Western hotels when she would travel with us as kids and I will be continuing that tradition with my family!

My room had a full kitchen, it was great to be able to keep snacks. I had my family over one night and cooked dinner. It was like having a small apartment.
