I visited from Ohio and stayed four nights. The first room I got was infested with ants, this was a double bed . I told staff then I was moved to single bed where my kids had to sleep on a shabby pullout couch. I paid for breakfast for my stay and for two mornings no cook was available. The rooms I was given smelled of mold . The ice machines was down. I drove back to Ohio before the last day I couldn’t bear the smell and ants in all the rooms. This hotel needs a serious makeover. I can’t believe I paid $147 for four night . This is nothing like any courtyard I ever stayed in.

The service was great! The manager drove our shuttle and made us feel like family. Great people!

We stayed here on a trip to see family, and booked the room while on the road. It was a great choice, priced reasonably, clean and comfortable. As some of these types of hotels, there was extra expense for breakfast, but we were leaving early the next day anyway. And if we chose to stay, the price was not out of line.
The desk service was excellent and quick. We would stay here again.

I booked the double bed suite. Living room area was very large and was able to accommodate my family. Staff was very friendly and accomdating.

Both my stays with my family was very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool water was really cold though. Breakfast had to be paid for it wasn't included like most hotels. The other hand they have dinner available which is nice. All in all it was a wonderful hotel with great staff.

Great place in Springfield if you need a stopover. Check in was friendly and quick. I did get a suite, so if traveling with family, it’s worth the extra few bucks. Room was excellent. Clean. Very quiet. Left early so didn’t get breakfast.

My elderly mother and I were in town for a family funeral. She takes meds that require food and is wheelchair bound. There was no breakfast AT ALL, not even coffee was available downstairs in the breakfast area. There's a sign and a bar for Starbucks but it was completely closed both mornings we were there. There was no mention when we booked or when we checked in about not having any breakfast. Extremely dissapointing and really not Marriott standards in my opinion.

Upon arrival, reception was friendly and professional. Our room was not ready considering we were early which was understandable. I could have easily left and came back later if the room wasn’t fully ready yet. Once we entered our room, it was a very open and spacious floor plan. However, the room seemed to not have been properly cleaned at all. There was dust on all of the light fixtures, none of the desks or counter tops seemed to have been wiped down (it was all very noticeable), the toiletries had not been restocked and the bedding for the pullout bed in the living area was non-existent. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the restroom and more toilet paper was not left in the room. There was hair from the previous guest all along the edge of the bathtub which, my wife just decided to clean out herself because we were tired from traveling with our three children.(We travel with Clorox wipes so we just wiped everything down). Things could have been much better.

My stay was not what I expected. I booked a king bed with a pullout for myself, my sister and my son. Once we arrived and got our room we automatically had to come down and get another room. The first room smelled like mold. I immediately called downstairs to tell the front desk agent I needed a new room. Once downstairs, not even 2 minutes after check in, I was second in line and when it was my turn the agent asked me my name and how he could help even though I had just given him my id at check in (where he reviewed my address and seemed to be typing it in, even though I had already added that information when I booked) and called down two minutes prior from the original room. Got into my second room and there was still a smell but more bearable than the last. I checked out a day earlier than expected because of a family issue at home. Upon looking at my receipt, not only was I not refunded for the night I didn’t stay, I was charged an extra $20 for an extra person which was confusing because I booked for 2 adults and a child in my original reservation. Needless to say, I was not happy with our stay. I also felt that I was treated unfairly by the front desk agent.
