We had a great weekend trip to visit family, this hotel is extremely convenient to lots of restaurants, a Walmart, the interstate. It’s an older hotel but well maintained and fairly updated and definitely clean. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast both mornings and our daughter loved the pool (which has extended hours, that was awesome)! Will definitely stay here again when we come visit family that lives close by.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and very spacious. Pool was main reason for the stay, the kids loved it. The breakfast was good too!
Only bad our room was right next to the elevator so a lot of noise all night, but overall I would book this hotel again!

There were plenty of hotel options in Springfield, MO near the Baymont Inn. I booked online through Hotels.com for $110 a night on a Friday. It made me nervous as the price was lower than the others & i figured "something was wrong". (It was $125 a night standing at the counter.) I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were VERY clean. The staff was so friendly. The continental breakfast was good. Hot food options along with cold. They were pet friendly as i seen some furbabies around the hotel. It was very modern, the water pressure was good, and the beds/pillows were clean and soo comfortable! I stayed a 2nd night just because it was lovely. I'm very picky about hotels and quite a hotel snob - this hotel though was fabulous and met my needs. The next time i visit my brother in MO, this is definitely where im staying again. For the price, cleaniliness, great customer service, and comfort... i will definitely be back at this location.

Clean rooms. Our 2 room suite had 2 bathrooms which worked out great with having kids. Hot breakfast. Comfortable beds with plenty of space. Will definitely start here again at some point. Only complaint is that we stayed on a Sunday and the TV had limited channels so no Sunday football.

Place is an old, dirty truck stop looking hotel. Ok for just me, but didn't feel safe or comfortable with wife.
Not a good place for couples or families.

This room was one of the dirtiest we have stayed in with half of the bed sheets a dark yellow/brown in color stain, a dark colored stain on the pull out couch. Dirt, dead bugs and earring pieces in the corners of the floor and that was all we could stomach. The desk chair was also broken. The front desk did offer a suite but I was uncomfortable having my kids there so we accepted a refund and went elsewhere

My family of 4 stayed three nights. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast had good variety and was very good. The kids loved the pool. We were 20 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do while in Springfield. We would stay here again in the future.

Picked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Got to the hotel after 9 hours on the road. Room was fine, clean, no issues. Hotel has a pool and jacuzzi which were good.
Only issue was an interaction with the staff - someone complained to the front desk about my dog barking. Staff came aggressively into the pool area, where there were several adults and children (about 30 people) and yelled asking if anyone was from our room number. After identifying myself, staff yelled that my dog was barking and if I couldn’t get it handled I would be asked to leave. My issue was that this was yelled out instead of giving me a chance to get out of the pool and talk about it. The staff member’s behavior was rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend you stay there with pets. Other staff members I interacted with were polite and helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Only complaint is the room keys kept getting demagnetized but that was my own fault. Don’t put then near your iPhones. The pool was warm, the food was good for breakfast and the room was great. Traveled with my kids and they enjoyed as well.

At first I noticed bits of popcorn on the floor, which my dog ate then noticed a white pill on the bathroom floor, used shampoo bottles & washcloth sitting on the tub. A bug & hairs in the tub. The manager was great & immediately offered a suite right down the hall. Pet friendly but charge $25/per dog which I’ve never had & our babies travel everywhere with us. Overall the staff was friendly & accommodating but the property looked dirty.
