I booked 2 rooms here last minute as we were traveling from Oaklahoma to Illinois and got tired. No exaggeration, this is the best hotel weve ever stayed in. It was modern & clean. Our rooms were spacious. The hotel staff, down to the handyman were very friendly. The breakfast bar had a nice selection. This family goves it an A+!

Even though the property is doing some upgrades to the hotel, it did not affect our stay at all. Our room was recently updated. Clean and comfortable for a family of 6. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The layout of the room we stayed in was unique and very family friendly. Room was clean. Except for barking dog next door it was also quiet. Lovely experience.

Everything was uncomfortable. The beds were horrible, you could feel the springs in the mattress through them. The same with the chair to sit in. The office chair at the desk was made for a child. I had to check out early because it was just too uncomfortable in this room. No apologies or refunds for the unused night just oh well that's how it is here.

Traveled for HS basketball tournament. Instead of doing the smart thing & placing all the HS players together, they spread them throughout the hotel. Other guests complained about noise as early as 8pm & other teams were reporting noise to try to get teams kicked out. Staff was rude to players & while I know HS kids can be annoying, they still do not deserve unkind behavior. Do not book HS players if you're not willing to handle them.
