Towneplace Suites Kansas City Airport

What a gem!! Super clean, incredible staff. Shout out to Kiersten who went above and beyond to make our large family comfortable. Pool is clean and wonderfully warm. Breakfast was good too. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and it’s friendly staff.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. It was clean and they had a nice breakfast, but it is the extras that makes a difference for us. We were there for a volleyball tournament and my daughter left her jersey in washing machine. Another resident had used the same washer and didn't notice that my daughter's jersey was in it. We notified the front desk, and they contacted the other resident and made sure that the jersey had finished washing and they even dried it for free. The front desk attendant, Hayley, called and kept us informed and made sure that my daughter got her jersey back. Thanks so much Hayley and TownePlace. When we visit Kansas City, we will be staying at this TownePlace location.

Overnight stay just passing through with my family. Very impressed! 10 out of 10! Clean rooms, updated, spacious, had everything we needed to be comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too! Would highly recommend.

Clean, quiet & comfy room. I stayed in a King Suite. Had been in town for a week prior, to help w\family funeral arrangements, so for my last evening in town, I needed somewhere peaceful to spend by myself. This was the perfect place to be. It was close to KCI as well, so I was able to take a hotel shuttle to the airport.
