The bed we had was horribly uncomfortable we hardly slept. The shower/bathroom area was lacking. No fan/vent never stayed place that doesn’t have one and it needs one. Also there was no water pressure in the shower at all. Also never was able to swim so over crowded. Maybe should have hour or 2 of late night swim for like over 21 get kids out so it’s no over crowded and adults can go in.

Not much space for the dogs in hotels area. The areas surrounding had lots of trash near back of wooded area and Wendy’s.i went to get ice and I green scrub pad popped out. Luckily it was only ice for the cooler but I am certain other people drank it. Side note bus load of kids showed up right at the end of dinner. The food was still out and I felt the staff should have made an exception and let the kids eat what was there. I know 7 is 7 but the food probably went in the trash.

I like they always have free drink there. Swimming pool is good but some families had pool party there. Men drink and smoke outside pool. It's not the hotel fault but remind they have such customers.

Needed a 1 night stay before heading to the airport the next morning. Place was exactly what is expected when you book a Drury hotel. Used the laundry which was actually the most expensive we’d encountered on our 2 week road trip, but at least they offered it. The Kickback & associated alcohol was perfect bc we didn’t feel like going out for dinner. Didn’t use the pool but it was used by many families. Breakfast was very good; room was clean if small but didn’t bother us. Having 2 elevators helped & its location less than 5 miles from the airport & next to a Wendy’s & Cracker Barrel would help some.

It was a very nice place to stay, but because of the free dinner, it wasn't the most peaceful time as there were more kids than adults. We were very happy that things calmed down and not any problems with noise for sleeping!

There was a bit of a hiccup in the reservation, but the front desk staff and the manager took care of it quickly and pleasantly. I was surprised by their "dinner and drinks." We were expecting just some snacks and drinks but they put out a full on meal; BBQ pork, rolls, baked potatoes, salad hotdogs, chips, nachos, and soup. We had to leave too early for the breakfast so I can't say anything about it. The room was nice and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The only small complaint, the pool was really small and with lots of big kids making huge splashes, it made it not so fun for my grandson who is just getting used to swimming. Overall, I chose this place based on the reviews and it lived up to them.

Property was absolutely amazing, kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. I loved the evening hors doeuvre's and free cocktails! However, our fridge wouldnt get cold or around 24 hrs, then it ended up freezing everything.

Our stay here was wonderful. Its not a fancy hotel, but the free dinner in the evening was very convenient for our family and the free drinks were an added bonus as well. The best part was the service. Every employee there was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was fabulous & super friendly! We were picking our 2 young grandkids up from the airport & my son flew in with them. He had a short layover before flying back home & he was able to stay in our room with us before shuttling back to the airport. They really are accommodating to all types of travelers!
