Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis - Maple Grove

I don't have anything negative to say. Friendly, clean, well kept grounds. Pool room echos and kids screaming hurt my ears but that's on their parents not the hotel. Bed wasn't great but I have a bad back so pretty much every hotel bed hurts. We ate dinner Friday night. Have the pan fried walleye. It was delicious.

This place is just what we wanted. Close to our family. Staff was very freindly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. Would have been nice to have continental breakfast, but we knew it cost money. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean, updated, and staff was friendly. Only downside was there is no continental breakfast, and with inflation high, that's an extra meal for families to have to absorb.

We arrived in the later evening and had to leave fairly early in the morning, so our stay was brief. We did let the kids swim for just a bit before bedtime. Overall, it was a great stay. Room was nice and clean. Pool was sufficient. Property was nice and clean. The few staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

Thé entire property and the room, of course, were clean and comfortable. The staff, however, were exemplary !! All interactions exceeded my expectations. I needed an early check-in. We had questions about the area. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. The servers both days were helpful and kind—even with 2 high school baseball teams and their parents as well as at least one wedding! It was busy but we NEVER felt rushed or left behind. I travel to the area to visit local family, at least yearly and we will definitely stay again. It was delightful.

Hotel was great except for the breakfast options. $9 for continental and $14 for the buffet. At $250 night would be nice to not have to spend $50 to feed the family in the am.

My stay was brief, just an overnight but I received very good and hospitable service from the front desk. I was in town due to a family member being in the hospital and they were very kind to my needs. Overall the stay was good, a few things I would appreciate to be different include more attention to detail in cleaning of the rooms. The bathroom was just not clean but I was too tired from travel to do anything. From the walls, to the shower to the toilet I just tried to use sanitizing wipes and not touch things. There were also two used coffee mugs and a dirty towel outside my room upon check in, I did alert the staff and they quickly removed them. The bedding had a very strong scent of scented detergent and fabric softener and those products make me quite ill, it's surprising that they would use scented products as not all can tolerate chemical scents. I think this property while adequate really needs a remodel or at the very least a deep clean.

All of our interactions with the staff whether it was asking for help hosting a family function on site or the morning staff at the breakfast bar everyone went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We loved our stay and will enthusiastically recommend the Hilton Garden Maple Grove to everyone.
