I celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday at the hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The kids went swimming and enjoyed the firepit area. Wonderful customer service and available when you needed them.

On our last day I injured my ankle upon checking out (my own clumsy self) The staff were so extremely helpful and quite concerned about my well being then anything else. They sent me with a pillow and bag of ice and said not to worry about anything as we headed to the ER. We were visiting from out of state with our three children to mall of America and although we ended on not such a great note the hotel and staff were more then I could’ve asked for! The staff are incredible!

Two rooms were reserved and paid for family members visiting over Thanksgiving. They were thrilled about everything SpringHill had to offer over their stay. The manager, Yone, was especially accommodating and completed a smooth landing to a chaotic situation that was caused by travel failures that could have caused me stress. In short, my family had one of the best Thanksgivings ever and SpringHill was a piece in making that happen. Thank you, Yone!

We absolutely loved our stay! I came with my mom and son for a short staycation and were honesty shocked at how nice everything was and how great the rooms were. It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area, but it was one of the nicer hotels I've been in. The breakfast had so many choices. The rooms were massive and had a lot of space which made having a toddler in the room a lot easier. The bathrooms were like a spa, and the beds were so comfy. My mom and I both woke up saying they were the best beds we'd ever slept in. We loved the hotel and will be back for sure!
