The weekend we stayed was busy with hockey and basketball tournaments. It was a beautiful high energy experience very accommodating for families and pets.
The area for breakfast should be expanded to seat a full house with children.
The staff was fantastic and our experience was awesome.

Our stay was enjoyable. Our 4 grandkids (under 5) enjoyed the pool. My only commend would be a bathroom inside the pool area. It is hard to get kids out of pool and then out the door and across the hall to go to the bathroom.

Great family trip! We don’t go far with our 3 little kids, but this hotel offered a great winter break. Our boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast and coffee setup was nice. Friendly people at the desk. They were able to give us connecting rooms, which was quite nice of them.

It was a nice stay, quiet, clean hotel and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The entire parking lot was under repair with it all being dirt which it sounded like it was only supposed to be half, but we made do. Rooms were clean and nice, little bit small, but it worked. Some noise from the thundering herd that were roomed above us, but that's about the only 'complaint' if you can even call it that. Coffee available in the lobby early AM and free breakfast was really good as well, with the only suggestion being the mini-omelets not have peppers in them as most children don't care for that, but I did see scrambled eggs were available the next day. It's a bit interesting to get to the hotel depending on which direction you come from, as Google Maps likes to route you through the next door strip mall's parking lot and past Best Buy next door, but once you figure that out, you're good. Ton of really good restaurants and stores within less than a mile distance makes this a hotel that I would suggest staying at.....we'll definitely consider it.

The walls are not very soundproof. I heard a child crying and parents talking all through the night. It sounded as if they were right outside my hallway door.

Clean. Good breakfast, well attended. Loud guests late at night, kids running in halls with no one addressing this. Needs better sound proofing- elephants in room above and beside.

We have stayed at the Maple Grove Hampton quite a few times over the years. ALways have felt good about our stay...
There were a lot of young families there this past time. Seemed to be enjoying.

There was a baby in the housekeeping room. The housekeeping staff were pleasant but not in uniforms or even name badges. Felt very awkward . Housekeeping needs to inspect the bathrooms top to bottom. Very helpful desk clerk.
