What a horrible place to stay. I am very very Disappointed with This establishment. First off, I got there an hour early before check-in around 2 PM. They said there was nothing they can do. I had to wait till three o’clock . so I had to sit in the parking lot and wait l. then I get to my room after paying $100 deposit that I didn’t know about. I find the smoke detector wires are hanging from the ceiling, the whole room smells like marijuana and I’m traveling with small children. I specifically asked if the pool was working they said yes 100 hundred percent. After checking into our room that doesn’t smell like Marijuana. The pool is greener Then a swamp I was scared to even let my kids swim in it. We had a two stay. On the second day, the pool was shut down for cleaning very much needed it. They said it would be open by mid morning turned out. It was shut down all day. The hot tub never worked the whole time I was there and I heard other customers complaining about this, the front desk lady was extremely mean and rude while checking . I highly highly recommend not staying here.

Our stay was average. The check in staff were really nice and friendly. We had to move rooms upon check in due to a smell that was believed to be urine in our room, which the staff accomodated with zero issues. The hotel could have been cleanlier as there was crushed food on the floor in the hallways that had not been vacuumed for a few days, and garbage bags that were left outside of some rooms for a day or two before pick up. The rooms were clean and we had no issues once moved to another room. There were a lot of families staying at the hotel and with us being on the first floor, it got loud throughout the night but that isn't the hotels fault.

My entire family came down with Covid and the hotel wouldn’t allow me to cancel my rooms they charged me full price for 2 rooms even tho I attempted to cancel 48 hrs before we were even supposed to stay.

The property smelled like pot. Police officers were called for a dispute. I moved my wife and kids into the bedroom while I slept in the front of the suite for safety purposes.

Both nights of our stay, we were awoken by fighting in the adjacent rooms that ended up in the hallway. The second night of our stay, the police were outside our hotel room door dealing with disturbances. Add to that the entire hotel smelled so strongly of marijuana my kids complained of headaches. We did not feel our safety or health was considered at this property.

The lobby and everything outside the rooms are great but once you get inside the room it was horrible. It was scratch in the headboard like a cat had been in the room, and the curtain was hanging off. I have a baby and she couldn’t crawl on the floor because the Capet look old and disgusting and it was burn hold on the floor and on the curtains. When I went to give my 7month on a bath the water smelled like chlorine water me and my husband confirmed that. I went and told the older black lady with the short dreads at the front desk she came in and took a look and she said she didn’t smell nothing (as my daughter was sneezing) but ok and she just walked out and said she never heard that one before. As a front desk manager she didn’t do right about the situation at all.. she could let us go take a shower in a different room of something but no she just walked off talking under her breath, and it sucks that I have to drive 4 hours back to North Dakota with no bath we paid way to much money not to have a bath For a $100 hold on my card I expect a better stay I felt like I was at the motel 6 me and my family will never stay there again. Overall the room was very clean, pillows were perfectly fluffy, the bathroom was a good size and we liked the faux leather couches for kiddos. The downside was that we stayed in a king suite that was quite narrow. It felt cramped for 3 people. Otherwise the cleanliness and service was great! Would recommend.

Clean rooms and easy parking. Easy access to the main highway too. Could be loud when there are groups of kids there for events

We left a day early. The pool was closed and there was nothing for the kids to do. So we went to the best western plus hotel.

Staff are polite and pleasant for the most part. The other patrons, on the other hand, were not so great. The 3 drunk men in the hot tub drinking glass bottles of Miller Light and hitting on underage girls were interesting. The guy and woman in the blue van parked in front of the front door of the hotel asking for a Bobby pin while they were smoking marijuana were also not so great. And then there was the yelling in the middle of the night because someone lost their small child.
