Embassy Suites Minneapolis - North

Hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was huge and because of lower back problems, I normally sleep in a recliner and don’t get much sleep in a bed, but, I slept like a baby. I will definitely be back to Embassy Suites!!

Booked room online and at check in was told the room was not available as the hotel was over booked. Had to search for another room 15 miles away to accommodate our family.

Me and my family always chose this location for our staycations. The staff is friendly and provide nice professional service. From the happy hour to the pool I really enjoy this Embassy. The bartender Ike (?) And the Guest Service manager Cornell was awesome!

Great venue for our family traveling from Texas for a family wedding!

Quiet even when filled to capacity with lots of kids in town for a tournament.

Tons of visiting children - not paying guests. These children were brought in from somewhere else. Nobody, I repeat, nobody could or would want to swim with such chaos. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

When I arrived I had to wait a bit for a worker to arrive to the front desk, when she arrived she was dealing with an issue with other customers being unruly. She proceeded to tell me all about the situation as she checked me in, handed me the keys and walked away. No explination of anythig (wifi, room location,check out, breakfast) So we got our stuff and went to room and walked in to a 1 king room. I had reserved a 2 queen 1 pullout couch for my family of 5. I went back down to the desk where she told me that because I booked from another souce that they over booked and gave the room away and that was the last room they had. So my children had to sleep on the floor. She said she couldn't do anything. At the same time she is yelling at the other unruly customers trying to kick them out threatening the police were coming. I asked if they had a roll away or anything as we had been on our way home traveling from accross the country and sleeping on the floor for the cost of the room was ridiculous. She just said there isnt anything she could do and walked away. I paid for the room at time of booking and it was given away.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting family. Love the breakfast buffet!
