We had an amazing stay, the hotel staff are eager and happy to help guests, beautiful and historic building and perfect location. My only gripe is that the rooms are tiny. This is common in older hotels and to be fair, Omni lists the square footage in each room’s description when booking. I really should have visualized 210sq feet in my head because it’s not enough room for a family of 4. If you have a family of 4, either get two rooms or book a suite (which is what we ended up switching to and it was perfect)

Our family loved our stay at the Omni in Boston. Everyone was so helpful, from the wonderful valets to the kind front desk personnel, to the pleasant housekeeping staff. The Omni Parker House is historic and in a great area to visit many places on the Freedom Trail, with a T stop just down the street. We are already planning our next stay.

It's a historic hotel so I don't expect the most spacious rooms but the bathrooms were uncomfortably tiny and very hard to navigate. Staff were wonderful, and the hotel was generally quiet on the room floors (but the lobby - so many kids running around in the evenings!). bed/bedding was comfy. very quiet despite the busy area. I wouldn't stay again but was convenient for the tour pick up I needed for this trip.

We always stay at the Omni Parker House. Our favorite hotel in Boston for its ease, family friendliness, and reasonable pricing.

This property is perfectly near downtown. It was historic, friendly and top notch. Highly recommend for tourists, buisness and families. But the beds are small but you can still fit, if you like being snug as a family of 4.

We stayed at your hotel for two nights. We traveled from Montreal with a baby and could not check in until later after our arrival because of your computer system that was not working properly (I believe your system started working only after 5PM). The only thing that was said to us a few times was to enjoy the day and go outside and try checking in at other times. Like if it was normal, nothing else was proposé to us. We don't except those type of answers when we are attending a 4 star hotel. After traveling for 6 hours and waking up early with a baby, we expected help and more understanding and options from you than saying to go outside and enjoy the day. The waiting time and the extreme long waiting line to check in afterwards was insane.
It was also told to us that we would receive a mail from the hotel about this situation. We still have not received anything yet. Apart from that, we had to call for a mini fridge in the room cause the one that was suppose to be there was not. Again we have a baby and stuff to put in the fridge. We don't expect that in a 4 star hotel, whatever the room size is. Also, the bath was not draining properly and it was really unpleasant. That is not normal.

This place was perfect for our family with two young children. The rooms are a bit dated, but the location was great. Central to where we wanted to go on this trip. (Playgrounds (#copslide), common, Newbury St, Children’s Museum, North End is all walkable. We absolutely loved the breakfast in the lobby restaurant. By the time we left after three mornings, I felt like the coffee and orange juice lady had become a family friend. I recently stayed in Boston somewhere else and wanted to leave my hotel in the morning to come back here for the breakfast experience.
