We loved our stay at The Dagny! Traveled to Boston with my family for a weekend visit - great location, easy walk to Quincy Market, the T stop for a Red Sox game, and South Station for our Amtrak back home. Discovered the coffee shop on our last morning, and the pastries all looked delicious and our breakfast was very tasty! Would definitely stay here again!

We just recently stayed here as part of family trip to view colleges in the Boston area. The Dagny is perfectly situated between the water and all of the historic sites so everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options around and no shortage of places to grab a late night drink. In terms of drawback, it is an older building and while they made a great effort to improve the interior, it does not prevent noise from the outside well and is a little tired in some places. All in all, a very solid place to stay in a good location.

It looks like an historical building on the outside and is ultra modern inside. The staff go over and above to make you comfortable and meet all your needs. The only negative was the adjacent room was occupied by a very noisy (yelling of kids and parents). We reported it to the front desk and they gave a warning. It helped for awhile and finally stopped when the child went to bed about 10 pm. It is located near a Hop On Hop Of pickup location. Would stay there again.

A really nice place to stay! We love independent hotels and all their art and tchotchkes. They really need to do a better job with some of their bath fixtures. We had a fixed shower head that was blocked by the handheld shower fixture and the shower doors are partially blocked by the toilet. Are biggest gripe is with the hotels.com app that told us this hotel had a pool. Disappointed kiddos! And we weren’t the only ones. We pointed out to the concierge that their own website was posting a rooftop pool and was included in the filter for hotels.

The hotel was nice, but there was a mixup with my room and so they had to split my family into two rooms and then told us they would bring our items to our actual room which they did not do and when I got back after a day on the town had to go and find my luggage.

The Dagny was affordable while still providing luxury amenities. The staff was outstanding, from Check in to housekeeping. Out room was incredibly spacious for my husband and I plus two young adult children. We enjoyed the location which allowed us to walk everywhere, while still being quiet. We will definitely be back.
