Boston Park Plaza

This hotel was in a great location and we were excited for a family weekend away. The room was tiny. The walls were paper thin and despite signs up guests were so loud walking and talking in the hallway all hours of the night. Not great for people with small kids or dogs that easily startle and alert.

I purchased 3 rooms for all of our family. 2 out of the 3 rooms were very small. The other one was remodeled. Our bathroom was so small you could barely move. The thermostat didn't work the whole time so our room was so hot. Our phone didn't work in the room so I had to go find extra towels each day

Beautiful hotel, great location! Small rooms however. Double queen bed room was extremely small for our family of 5.

Great place. Will stay again. Double bed accessible room 400 sq feet was perfect for me and my toddler. Arrived late and they had the crib ready for us when we got there. Great location by the park and newbury street yet also walkable to downtown.

The service was great and the room was clean and lovely...but we had a connecting door and it had zero sound proofing. Maybe its not so bad if your family /friends have a connecting room, but we could hear full-blown conversations at night and it kept me up. It didn't ruin our otherwise lovely stay, but I wish I'd known prior.

I was a great deal considering the location and price. Walking into the wonderfully decorated lobby, me and my kids had a great first impression. More importantly I thought the staff excellent from start to finish. I plan to stay there again when I go back to Boston for more exploring.

The hotel was in an excellent location to explore Boston. The room was far beneath our expectations however. There was food on the carpet, the tub had hair in it and I was really disappointed that the hotel claims to be environmentally friendly, but they had plastic cups in the bathroom and in the room instead of glassware. The Best Western we stayed at at least had glassware and far better bathroom than the Boston Park Plaza. The bathroom had no space to set toiletries and the tub drained so slowly that I was essentially standing in a tub of water as I showered. You also had to use a QR code to look at any information about your room and the hotel. This proved very difficult for my elderly father when he was just trying to find information about how to order room service while we were at a ball game. This hotel was a splurge for the 3 generations of our family that stayed there and it honestly wasn't as nice as the Best Western we stayed in our first night of our trip :(

Great family location - close to the park. Lovely staff who were very polite and courteous to myself/husband as well as my two young girls.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids (ages 7 and 12). The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to the Public Garden, Newbury Street and other sites. Dominique at the front desk was so friendly and checked us in earlier which was so appreciated. Josh at the Concierge desk was helpful and funny! He arranged a tour around the city for us that was wonderful and he had a lot of knowledge about the city. Rooms were clean, pretty and comfortable! Would stay again for sure!

Check in is at 3pm. Hotel room.was not ready at 7pm when we showed up. When they did get a room ready it was not what we paid for. We booked a suite with a.king bed and pull out couch. They tried to give us a room with one bed for a family of 4.
