We came up for a week stay in Boston and were very pleased with staying here. We had a newborn and the hotel staff were very accommodating, providing a crib in the room for us immediately. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and easy. All the staff were incredibly kind! The location is great too, easy to walk to many restaurants and cafes. Just a few minutes from Boston Common and the T station.

No bottled waters in the room and that seems to be the policy - we were told at check-in that there are no waters in the room and they weren’t kidding (yet we could buy them at the front desk). Breakfast (not included) appeared to be frozen and then microwaved right before being served. No coffee in the lobby. No parking. Room was clean and had a smart TV

Highlight of the stay for my children was the Hot chocolate station…little things mean a great deal to them! Although, only once did they have a cookie so probably don’t do enough of them.
