Property is always stunning. It’s always been a favorite of mine. On this trip, the service at front desk was very poor, long lines and miscommunication with my reservation with a family member. Should never happen when we happy to pay big $ for this hotel. They embarrassed my sister for no reason. I’ll think twice next time I’m in Boston.

Thanks to Anna's excellent customer service skills at the front desk, we had a wonderful stay combining work with seeing family. Enjoyed location, great bathtub and very comfortable bed. Be sure to have a long lunch at the rooftop Contessa Restaurant

Absolutely perfect place to stay in the heart of Boston. Fantastic accommodations and excellent customer first service. Will be where I tell all my friends and family to stay on their trips to the city - top notch!
