The lake view was amazing! Very clean. Walking distance to restaurants. And the staff was super friendly. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Love my Swissotel visits. :) We had a very relaxing stay and our room was in tip-top shape, as usual. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!! The front desk staff are always welcoming, and check-in is quick. We ate at the Palm every morning and was not disappointed. Alexandria is a delight and took great care of us, as did Mike when we had dinner there. We always enjoy seeing Thomas who greets us like family. And as usual, Michael, at Amuse provided excellent customer service.

Our car got damaged in the valet, the staff were good but the management team unsure of We also lists teddy bear which has sentimental attachment value for the kids, Yao the housekeeping manager was great and kept us informed, we are extremely disappointed as no amount of money would repay

We rarely spend the money that a downtown hotel (plus parking) costs but wanted a couple nights alone, midway through a three week vacation seeing friends and family in the area. This was worth the money. We loved our room, the quietness of it and the view of the river and lake. We walked about five or six blocks to the "L" and enjoyed a baseball game. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. It was everything we expected.

My family and I had a great time at the Swiss! We stayed in the executive suite and the room plus the views were amazing. What I loved most about the hotel was the service. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. We are definitely coming here again!
