Very clean property , best breakfast: scrambled eggs, dry cereal variety, French toast Crossaints bagel juices milk variety fresh fruits coffees green tea. Staff is so polite and helpful, good house keeping service.complimentary water bottles available Cold water with cucumber… best hotel to stay with family!!!! Loved our stay ❤️

The staff was on their feet. Never said No for all genuine request. Loved it. Treated ua like a family. Polite, humble and with smiling faces all the time. Hats off to the management of this property.

The furniture and the refrigerator needed to be replaced. I took pictures! I complained but was told that it was nothing that they could do because I booked the reservation through a third party. $264.00 is what I paid and I had family members with me. Very disappointed. Is there anything you can do?

Overall, great hotel choice. I'm usually not the best at choosing hotels, and most of the time reviews and comments are misleading or false. Yet, my family and I are very happy with this hotel choice.

A girls weekend trip in Chicago was excellent due to the hotels location and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and always. The staff was refilling what was necessary. The staff greeted us with a smile and throughout our stay always asked us what we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends and couples we will return.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Chicago. Close to the Loop, a variety of restaurants, RiverWalk and access to the lake and all it's parks and Navy Pier. The hotel is well set up for families.

Took the family to a weekend trip to catch two Chicago Bulls games. The front desk staff was the most courteous and nicest staff that I've ever interacted with in all my hotel stays. They were nice beyond words and just because of that I'd go back. The breakfast was good, but there was a lack of variety each day... they need to invest in a waffle maker. Also the breakfast area was small and cramped. We had a family of 5 and we had to borrow seats from other tables. The room was great, but with two (2) issues, the (1) minor issue was that we could not tilt the TV mount so that we could watch from our bed and the (1) MAJOR issue was that the window was separated into two and the bottom part you could open and the space was just enough for a toddler to fit through and fall out - this is a huge safety concern that should be remediated ASAP.

The room had 2 separate parts with a door between them. That was excellent for our 2 kids. I was worried how they'd both get to sleep but the 2 rooms worked out great.
