The Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also within walking distance to many attractions including the Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and hope to stay there next time we visit Chicago.

I really enjoyed the 1 bedroom corner suite. It was well worth the extra money for my family of 5. There were 2 couches, a small dining table with 4 chairs, and a couple more chairs in the kitchenette. In other words, lots of space. The only downside might be the nearby fire department - not a big issue for my family.

The room was perfect for our family of 6. The hotel laundry was convenient, but it would have been. Ice to have more machines. The only disappointment was that the gym equipment was in disrepair. There were two bikes - a Peloton and a nice spin style bike. The seat adjustment knobs on the peloton was broken, so the seat slid back and forth and couldn’t be adjusted. The tension knob on the regular spin bike had been broken off and left that way. I really hate to miss my exercise on vacation, so this was an important issue for us. The breakfast was adequate. We would stay again.

Great choice for staying with kids. Awesome downtown location, Belgian waffle bar at breakfast plus a pool. This Hampton Inn was just what we needed & our kids wanted!

Great for our family!! We had a suite and it was very big and spacious!! My only complaint would be that there was an elevator down so wait times were long during busy times. We got extra stair steps in during our trip! So much was cost to the hotel. Breakfast was great! The staff was super helpful! Especially Jody at the desk!

Only 2 sockets worked in entire suite so unable to use desk area and no relocation possible bcs sold out. Toilet had small leak on floor. Pool hours were cut short without notice because of property having too many children instead of having age limit restrictions by time of day. Very clean and modern room!
