Comfortable the tired. We came into town to visit family and got a larger room with a courtyard view. The beds are always comfortable at Marriott and the service was fine and the lobbies were nice. The rest of the room was pretty tired. Kind of dingy. The were standing water in the tub when we first got there but it drained away once we opened the drain. The towels are kind of thin and worn. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. And the arms on the chairs were worn and actually coming apart. This hotel could really use a redo.

This hotel is wonderful! The pool area was a hit with my kids. We will add this hotel to our travel plans for all future Chicago area overnights. 😊

I’m Japanese, so it’s very convenient to go to Mitsuwa. The room was clean and big enough for my family. My kids enjoyed swimming.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and our room easily fit our family. The Mitsuwa market is within walking distance and public transportation to the city was accessible too. I would definitely stay here again.

Need a hotel for the night close enough to visit grandchildren. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and near where we needed to be. Check in was quick and easy and customer service was great. Nice bed, clesn room. Perfect for our stay near Arlington Heights

Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool (it's not terribly large, but then neither are our kids). The room was well-appointed and the staff very pleasant.

The hotel staff was friendly upon arrival. Our room was clean, but in need of a remodel. The pool and courtyard area was nice for our children. We did feel a little unsafe as there were a few different men walking around the parking lot that looked suspicious. We were even stopped by one claiming to need help, but he had been circling the hotel parking lot the day before. He was very aggressive and made our family feel really uncomfortable.

Great price and great hotel. My kids loved the pool and said it was nice and warm! Will definitely return if in the area.
