Clean hotel. We stayed there with my husband and two kids (12 and 9). My 9 year old was very excited about the chocolate chips option in the breakfast to put into his waffle. The drive in car to Chicago took longer than anticipated (traffic sucks), it was about 45 minutes before we reached downtown.

I stayed with my husband and 2 adult daughters for an event, shopping, dining and site seeing in Chicago. It was a good place to stay, but with traffic it's at least an hour drive to the city, 20 minutes to the airport/ convention center. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. They actually make you feel like family. The only con is that the breakfast area is cramped when multiple people are trying to fill plates and the food was just fair. Rooms and beds are nice and the breakfast dining area is nice.

Overall, I would stay here again. The hotel itself was clean and had decent amenities, including a decent breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy. The two negative things I have to say are: we traveled with our infant son, the hotel only has two cribs and both had already been spoken for so our son had to sleep in bed with us. Parking is also a BIG issue as they allow people to pay to leave their cars there while they fly out of the airport. Hotel guests are left with nowhere to park.
