My family and I loved our stay at this hotel! Staff was always very friendly and helpful! The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean and felt safe. I wish the pool had been heated but the kids still swam in it (60° outside). My only complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom and the whole room got very humid, we asked for a dehumidifier and they had one for us. Usually that doesn't bother us, but towels and swimsuits weren't drying at all. Breakfast was very good each day and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Trip with the family to see the amazing Holiday lights around Old Town. Hotel was excellent with a friendly staff. We were thankful for the EV chargers working as they were a big reason we choose this Hotel

The location was fantastic, quick drive to Historic St. Augustine and other attractions. Walking distance of the beach which was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and nice, very clean room and plenty of space for my husband and I. We came here on our baby moon and wouldn’t change a thing. Breakfast was also the best part of the stay, a lot of variety and all fresh and tasty.

Close to the beach, area was quiet but accessible and near all of the options and craziness that St. Augustine affords with the laid-back beach vibe of Old Florida. Vilano is nicely tucked away and Hampton Inn Vilano made for a great getaway for the family that we can't wait to come back to!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice young lady who checked us in. The lobby was nice. Our room was decent and clean. We used the laundry facilities and it was ok. The laundry room itself has black mold on the ceiling tile and the washing machine wasn’t cleanest. But other than that, it was a great stay. My older kids did the the ghost tour back in town, so slept in a little a missed breakfast. But Publix is cross the street, so it was very nice to just walk over to pickup some yogurts and fruits. I’m definitely coming back for a stay here at this Hampton.

The hotel was nice and clean and my entire family loved the continental breakfast. However, we reserved a room for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We were given a room with 2 queen beds and no pull out, recliner, or roll away. All 3 children (ages 6, 9, and 12) had to share a bed. When I inquired as to another bed, I was told the roll aways violate the fire code. This was not a good room for my family. The kids were quite uncomfortable.

I’ve got two separate booking through Expedia one Expedia booking went through fine the other the hotel had no information from Expedia so the hotel was great but Expedia filled with through my second booking as we were at a funeral and we had other family members coming ultimately the hotel gave us the room free for that one night because of the mistake through Expedia as I did have my confirmation number

I am a single momma and I felt safe there with my kids. We were a walk away from the beach and the pool was heated and so nice. The room was very comfortable and clean! Loved the bathroom set up! Lots of space to spread our products out on the counter while staying there. The bed, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. The breakfast was good too and the kids loved making their own waffles. Loved our stay here!
