We have stayed in this area many times but this hotel is the jewel of St. Augustine. They treat you like family and do all they can to accommodate guest. I gave five stars because it is as high as I can give on the site but it’s really a 10 10 10. You will be so pleased if you stay.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Breakfast crew was especially gracious and kind to our children. The pool was so nice and even heated. We left a child's toy behind and the front desk contacted us to let us know, which we really appreciated.

Everything was lovely- simple and modern, clean and friendly staff. They had a very nice breakfast too. Indoor heated pool was amazing in January and opens up in the summer. Wow. The room could be a bit cozier and have another chair or so for families but the staff made you feel you could ask for anything and they would have brought us one if we had asked. Really a nice place to stay. Will be returning.

The property is fairly new and well maintained. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the view from the room was amazing. Kory called to confirm the morning of my check in with the hotel and ask about room preferences. Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Kory and received amazing customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and mentioned to kory when we talked earlier in the day. When we went into the room there was a card signed by the the hotel team and a small gift for our anniversary. The great customer service extended throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was pleasant and engaged with us. I will be visiting this hotel again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for the experience.

We really love this hotel. Everyone, including the owner, are amazing, thoughtful and welcoming. Everything that we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express is here, but better. I must say this hotel must be the flagship of IHG. Our 3 kids always ask us to include at least a couple of nights at this hotel everytime we are in Florida. The location is walking distance to the beach and a 10min drive to Old Town. We can't wait to come back!

The room is excellent..it is a suite with a balcony..the breakfast is super..the staff is very attentive..but the most important thing is that the owner interacts with the guests..you feel a family atmosphere. Thank you so much. I hope to see you soon.

Hotel is very clean and well kept by its amazing and friendly staff. They make you feel like you are truly wanted there. Everyone there was friendly helpful and always easy to talk with and were above and beyond in everything they did for you and the hotel. It is a nice stroll to the beach and even closer to a Publix grocery store for convenient shopping. Breakfast was amazing and always ready and replenished by the friendly staff. Coffee is 24/7 which is amazing for my wife and I who are coffee drinkers. Very family friendly and everyone made our kids feel right at home and enjoyed talking with them. We are grateful for everyone there and appreciate the opportunity to have stayed in such an establishment. We hope to visit again to St. Augustine and will for sure be choosing this hotel as our home away from home.

Everything exceeding our expectations. From the moment we checked in and were greeted by a friendly front desk agent, to the housekeeping staff interacting with my toddler to the owner of the hotel bring fruit by tables at breakfast, cleaning messy vacated tables immediately, to our late checkout request being granted, and having a VERY clean room. We will definitely be back. Bravo HIE Vilano Beach!!
