We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Very good breakfast. the pool and amenities around were good for different ages, kids and teens. Plenty of parking. Free laundry. Across the street there is a very good restaurant. down side the bathtub was not clean as expected and was some humidity odor. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

I tried to refund this stay due to my sister being in ICU in Tennessee. Since no one would approve a cancellation I was forced to return from TN and use this reservation without my sisters who stayed in TN to be with my brother. As far as the hotel goes it was fine. Just disappointed that Expedia and Hampton Inns put making buck before showing compassion to a family facing a family member dying,

We stayed on first floor. Our first night was difficult sleeping because people above us (possibly children) were stomping around and it was loud and irritating. The air conditioner worked, but made a rattling noise. There was centipedes on the carpet in the outside hallway.

Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms were spacious and loved the balcony leading to the pool. Lots of entertainment for kids and gym has newer equipment. Room had a little musty smell when we first arrived and shower needed some more attention when cleaning. Everything is near by, lots of restaurants, shops and activities. Nice variety for breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The only thing wrong with thr hotel, is they show a loaded Tiki Bar poolside on the website. However, the so-called Tiki Bar, was closed. Looks like it hasn't been open or running for a while. We booked to stay here thinking "the kids can play in the pool, while we relax and have some drinks." Other than that it was a great stay.

The Property was the opposite of what I heard from the keys, rooms, lobby and breakfast room was clean and in good shape, games in the breakfast room where good for our little kids, that way the grown ups had time to enjoy the breakfast. Nearby where some Good dining options.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel was located centrally to what we wanted to do. It was right across the street from a good restaurant. Great for families!

Stayed for five nights in a family room with a sofa bed. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit was right by the sofa bed so was blowing right by my son when he was in bed. It also somehow made the room feel a bit damp. Otherwise good sized room and nice, clean and modern. The breakfast was different every day and all very tasty. Not a huge selection, but enough choice to please everyone. The pool is lovely and the Tiki bar is great and Troy the bar man is ace. Lots of excellent restaurant recommendations and a big smile and story to tell. The free washing machines were a God send. We had a really pleasant stay and the location is great. Lots to do on Marathon, or do nothing at all if that’s what you desire!
