The family suite we had was lovely, very clean and had lots of space. It was comfortable and spacious and had a nice view as well as having a large fridge, which was really useful. Check-in was quick and friendly and there weren't any issues at all with the room. The breakfast was not great, was very busy and what was offered was very basic. Although pretty standard for the US apparently, we were very surprised to have breakfast on paper plates and plastic cutlery, which was then just thrown away. The only other issue was the $18 per day for parking, which was not communicated via the website (or not obviously at least) - it just came through as an additional charge on my credit card after our stay. So, overall - a hotel in a good location that has great rooms for families.

Everything was good for the most part- breakfast was the same everyday never changed, wound up still buying out 2 days cause the kids were over it.

We were here 3 years ago and the rooms haven’t changed since then. So what I’m saying is it’s a bit dated. Breakfast was busy but it’s due to spring break and buses of kids there. I’d stay again but wish the place is a little updated

We stayed at the building with balconies. Very nice, quiet, roomy, clean. Marathon is a nice area of the Keys, good for adults , not sure for children Ate at several of the restaurants here and every meal was outstanding. Everything one would need is here at Fairfield Inn, even fishing and water sports.

I like the fact that there's a restaurant on the property good food what I didn't like was I wanted to sit by the water since you cannot make any RSVP and I was told that I could not...even though the seat was empty....I later saw another family walked in and they were seated at the exact spot.....

This was the perfect property for my family to visit the Florida Keys. It was central to everything and the perfect location with lots to see and do!! We loved it and will be back!

I cannot say enough nice things about this property. It has everything you could want, all at a reasonable rate. You could dine and the wonderful restaurant with wonderful water views, swim in one of two beautiful pools, enjoy some water sports, walk to restaurants, shops, and a brewery. Our room was absolutely beautiful. It was nice, clean, spacious, quiet, and best of all, we had a view of the water! The staff was helpful and friendly. My husband and I stayed here. We plan on going back with our child. I felt so comfortable and loved it so much that I would stay here by myself. I look forward to going back!

Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was included and was delicious and the kitchen staff kept the breakfast room and buffet spotless. The pool area was good, with lots to keep kids amused although the pool was a little warm for my taste.
