Check in was fine, nothing special. Advertised as sound proof room, the room might have been but not the door and when you have families with screaming kids running up the stairs its loud. Also you are at the end of the runway, good thing the planes don't fly in at night. Went to use the coffee maker the next morning and glad i looked in the water area, it was bad, put the pot out of the way and happy i had my own. It definitely was not worth the nightly price we paid. For breakfast you got a zip lock bag with cheese it crackers, tangerine, instant oatmeal, juice box, yogurt, not impressed.

It is the second time I go to this place. I don't have any complaints about it. For me, I go to the keys several times for family reasons. It's perfect.

I was not expecting much we only stayed one night and got a room upstairs in a new building I guess is what it is but it was all new inside new beds pillows etc. very cute nice and cozy with a great view east check in and out. Chickens roam the property they had kayaks paddle boards bikes a pool so the kids had a short stay quick adventure but liked it. Rooms were clean with a kurig and refrigerator and didn’t pay much as compared to what other places were asking.

The grab and go breakfast is a great idea, especially if you are heading out for the water early in the day. Also the free use of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles saved me so much money. The turtle hospital is right down the road and not very expensive. My favorite part was getting to pet the manatees that frequent the canal. This is a great family vacation spot. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back..
