Thanks to the reception staff who got out of her way to ensure we got an early check in. Our kids especially needed that room and it helped the rest of the travelling.

It was nice enough for an overnight stay while we waited to board our cruise ship. Sadly, the pool was not clean or open, which was a huge disappointment to our children.

Safe, clean shuttle ride. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was sweet and tried their best during a busy time to get my family to a room after a 7am cruise disembarkment.
Did not like the food that was offered by the blue food truck outside. Doordash something or head out if hungry.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!

The hotel was clean and well cared for. We had tried to reserve the shuttle to the cruise port a day prior to our arrival, but were told we could not do that until we checked in. When we checked in We were told the shuttles were sold out. We ended up taking a cab (which the young lady at the front desk was kind enough to call and reserve for us). On the whole, it was a nice hotel with nice staff, but we chose it for the shuttle which didn't work out for us.
On the plus side, there were some gluten free options in the breakfast area, which is unusual to find and greatly appreciated in a family where multiple people have Celiac.
The only thing that kept this from being fully five star was the cruise shuttle issue, but they were helpful to find us a taxi and it ended up costing us not too much more than the shuttle would have.

I liked being able to use the computer and print my flight itinerary. There was a paper shredder which I felt was unique.
The pool water was a little greenish and murky. I would suggest refreshing it more often. I saw lots of families with kids using it. I liked the green plastic ivy for privacy. smile

Housekeeping was responsive whenever needed. Maintenance around the pool was annoying, Could not even sit in there, and once when allowed, they locked the gate, while 3 adults were resting and reading inside of the pool area after a maintenance worker messed with a hinge on the gate, he left and we were stuck. We had to ask guests to tell the front desk we needed released (in the middle of the afternoon). My friend was down there and they kicked her out because they were power washing. Closed once for no reason, then the last beautiful day she went out and they closed it for no apparent reason and the desk told her "maybe tomorrow" but we were leaving in the morning.. No place to sit outside in the sunshine other than the bench out front where people are smoking all day. or the back side door where people are also smoking. People wandering the halls, smoking weed, on several occasions, Our stay was 6 days. One bed smelled like urine deep down even after bedding was changed. Floors feel damp and ick. Lobby is WAY too cold in the evening, we were trying to visit and play a game with family we were visiting, asked desk about the temp and the clerk was also freezing but couldn't change it. breakfast was clean and decent.

This hotel is not safe for parking. They stole my rental car muffler catalytic converter. When I took my rental car
next day from the parking lot, it produced lot of sound and not able to drive beyond 20 miles speed. I have to go my rental car company to the airport and open a claim with my insurance and got exchanged the rental car. In addition to this, the car was parking in front of CC TV camera. I have call the police station and report a complaint. The front desk people did not helped on this situation.
This spoiled my one day trip to Miami downtown with my family. On top this they charged me $10 for parking and did not safeguard my rental car.

I booked through Expedia and purchased the insurance. Unfortunately I accidentally cancelled the insurance before I cancelled the room. All within 3 hours of booking. I called Expedia and they called the hotel to see if I could get a refund and they said no. I was still two weeks out from needing the room.
I booked the room and had them checking on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to make sure I did not need car seats. When they told me I did need car seats, I cancelled. This was all within a 3 hour period and 2 weeks prior to me needing the room. Traveling with 3 kids by air and needing car seats, then trying to figure out what to do with them while on a cruise was not working out.
I was very disappointed in them and Expedia for not making it right. I will not use Hampton Inn or Expedia again!

The property is not located near any stores. Not good for traveling. If you are cruising do not stay at this hotel, there was limited availability to transport my family and I to the cruise port, so we had to uber. With the cost paid, I feel transportation to the port should be free at the hotel, Hilton has to do better.
