EB Hotel Miami

The staff is great! The property itself is not kid friendly and there are very few eating options. They have a strategic partnership with Disney and they send cruise passengers there. While the staff is friendly and the location has been maintained, I would not stay there again with my kids.

Awesome and heloful and friendly staff. I appreciated the help, attention when we came late with kids to check in, and get info about disney cruise. And serving us dinner at 11pm.

Loved that they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Stayed there pre and post cruise and had a wonderful stay both times! Beautiful hotel! Has a pool which kept the kids busy. Be prepared though when you’re at the pool lots of noise between the planes, trains and cars!!

Our stay as always was wonderful. Check in was smooth thanks to Aurelio, we were very early as we had just got off a cruise ship but he was able to accommodate us. Everything was very confusing when we tried to check in as there was a big event going on. The other clerk working the desk was extremely rude. We had pulled up to the doors because it was raining very hard and did not want to get soaked while we unloaded our bag from the car, see there were no luggage carts available probably because the private event had them all tied up. Well the other clerk felt it necessary,instead of asking us if it was our car knowing we were checking in, to radio security to have the car towed. My husband was more than happy to move the car, but the clerk felt it necessary to follow him out of the lobby and watch him like a child. It was your clerk how appeared to be a child as he was extremely young in numerical and maturity age. If we are ever in Miami again I hope that clerk is around when its time to check in. I should also mention the security person was extremely nice as well. He helped me to our room with our bags while my husband moved the car around to the parking area.

Traveling with baby, had to wait hotel shuttle in the airport for more than 40 minutes. Whilst I saw all other hotel’s shuttles passing tree times.
