The hotel had bed bugs, and my children and I had to leave at midnight because there was no extra room available. I couldn’t allow us to sleep in a room with bed bugs. When I informed the front desk, they were reluctant to provide a refund. I highly discourage people to stay here.

Do not depend on the shuttle bus coming to get you from the air. I called six times at 9;00 at night for a shuttle busy for my family and I. We ended up having to get an UBER to come get us. When we got to the hotel the two representatives said that the driver was busy. I asked to speak the manager and they told me that manager wasn’t available and that she would be there the next day. The next day……the manager was NOT there!!

I hated the pool towels. They were comparable to car wash rags, size and quality. They were the size of a face towel. We had a king bed and tiny bed pillows were a joke. It was like these things were supposed to be for a child playhouse. Very disappointed. Everything else at this property is excellent. Staff, pool, breakfast and cleanliness.

The lobby is updated wonderfully. The rooms unfortunately are outdated. The bathroom showed lots of wear. It’s fine for a one night stay with kids.

I think the airport shuttle should at least do rounds twice an hour, we couldn't take the shuttle from the airport because we would have had to wait 30 min with two small children

This place is awful. The receptionist was a snotty brat and rude. Did not help at all with the problem we were having. In fact she completely ignored the issue. So did the manager. They literally refused to help us problem solve. We got to our room and the floors were sticky. After we complained about the floors THEN they helped us. If this room wasn’t non-refundable u would have gone somewhere else. Blankets are thin. I was cold all night. This is a crap hole. Breakfast was gross. Never staying here again. Will definitely tell friends and family to stay away from any Comfort Inn!

Toilet didn’t flush for first use. Luckily maintenance was walking down hallway and got it unplugged. Later that evening/early morning toilet plugged again 1AM. Front desk ask do we want to change rooms. No. I don’t want to wake my family up, pack up and move to another room when we have to get up in 4 hrs to go to the airport. Room door didn’t close unless forced. Just not the best experience. Probably won’t stay here again. We had a party of over 50 ppl and most had complaints.

My family and I stayed her for a night before our cruise trip. The shuttle pickef us up from the airport and will be taking us to the port as well. This location was very close to the airport. The staff was very nice and professional. And the hotel smells so good even on the elevator. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
