The staff where amazing welcoming the process was fast and easy, The room was exactly how the picture is online the room was well well cleaned and kept I really enjoyed my stay highly recommend the location is not on a major street so that made it even better cause I sleep like a baby, the King size bed was confortable and the swimming pool was great as well. Definitely will book here next time around. Great job to all the staff!

Property is very clean and located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff were friendly. We stayed in this property for one night prior to our Caribbean cruise. Free shuttle offered by hotel from MIA to property was a big help. We arrived at the hotel at 10 AM which obviously was not time to check in. Fortunately there were rooms available for us to check in early for the extra amount of 62 dollars. We took the offer because we needed a room to crash after our flight from California. Property is within reasonable walking distance to a few restaurants in the area. Complimentary breakfast was also a plus. Heated pool was great with the kids. Shuttle services to cruise port was also available but we did not go for it. Overall a very good hotel.

My family of 5, including a 2 year old, arrived at this location at 2 am after a long day of traveling several hours. The front desk person was friendly, and gave us our room key and we proceeded to go to our room. I unlocked the door, and my wife noticed shoes on the floor by the inside of the door to the room. I turned on the lights to the room, and there were people sleeping in the beds! We were booked in the same room as another family! Never have i ever experienced anything as awful as this experience. Anything could have happened after this. Never again.

Customer service is subpar. I requested 30 mins extra time at check-out because I had a young toddler with me and my husband was stuck at the car rental location getting a rental for us so I was by myself managing our kid and had to bring all the luggages out by myself. I requested for help but no effort on their end to help. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Remote didn't work. Internet connection was spotty.

Due to flight change, looked for a hotel close to the airport and booked late at night, so not much research done. Travelled with 2 adults, 2 young kids. The room had two queen beds and was a good size for the 4 of us. no complaints on the hotel itself. The big weakness is the lack of a restuarance on site and any decent restaurants nearby. Next time need to spend more time on the location of restaurants nearby.

First impression was good, both for lobby and room. But the smell in the room was utterly disgusting, smelt like some pet peed on the carpet some time before. Bringing it to the attention of the clean personell didn't help much. First they tried to argue it's just just the Florida smell coming from the moist climate. After disclosing we already stayed in Florida for 3 weeks and never encountered such an odure made them quiet. Eventually they simply threw some fragrant powder on there. The indoor pool, which our children were pretty excited about before arrival was currently painted but left open. Again, the smell, was very strong from the fresh paint and I am not really sure if that can be healthy. Anyway. It was quite an disappointment because just from the looks and on paper, the hotel was promising.

Hotel was fine, but we specifically chose it and booked a King Suite. The room was not a suite. We wanted a separate room for our toddler to sleep and would never have booked this if we had known it was just one room.
