Arrived late in the evening with my family and was told they didn’t have the room that I paid for(2 Queen beds) available. They gave me a “suite” with a King and a pullout. I had to make the pullout bed myself, and my wife and 2 kids slept in the King bed. I attempted to sleep in the pullout, but that was a pipe dream. How anyone can call a flacid 2 inch foldable mattress inside a sofa a “bed” is beyond me. Totally unacceptable. I paid for a room with 2 Queen beds, that’s what I should have been given.

I need to stress the importance of the accommodations this hotel provided during our time if need. Our airline had us stranded and luckily I booked a room here! First the airport shuttle! Thank you!!! They had a portable crib for my baby, an amazing restaurant that was delicious! Although, they didnt have laundry on site they did have same day service. The pool was nice and clean, the room very clean! The ONLY thing i didnt like was the AC temp control function. It kept turning off and turning in once it hot a little uncomfortable.
However, the staff here was so incredible that is nothing compared to the hospitality and ease that we didnt get from our airlines!
We're very happy we stayed here!

Booked and prepaid for a room with two queen beds after we missed our connecting flight. We were given a room with one king bed and a full side sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress is very thin and doesn’t accommodate our two 6ft tall children very well. Sofa bed was unmade with no sheets in the room or blankets. The king size beds sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guest in the room.

This hotel has been our worst experience ever. We checked in at 5 pm to catch our early morning flight, relying on the hotel's mentioned free shuttle to the airport. When we requested a 5 am shuttle, the staff, in the midst of training another employee, rudely informed us they don't offer a 24-hour shuttle service. Despite waiting, their attention was more on the training than the customer.
, I complained about the lack of information on their website. The new employee, rather than addressing the issue, defended the rude staff member. We checked in with our two kids at 5:30, only to receive a call at 6:30, asking us to keep our kids quiet they are making noise all day ! !! When I explained we had just checked in and couldn't restrain our kids, they refused a refund, suggesting a room change instead.
Expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff responded by cursing me in Spanish. In summary, the employees were unprofessional, and I strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

My family and I found this property to be safe, with close proximity to airport and sufficient parking. It’s located right beside a Mc Donalds and has a restaurant on property.

It’s a great hotel. Staff is super accommodating. Rooms and spaces are clean. It’s well maintained. But the location where it is located, south to Hialeah, is not pretty but convenient as it is right next to the airport. The price is more than fair as all other amenities, including bar on the 6th floor and dinning room on the 1st offer great food and drinks. Guests were almost always families do it felt very safe.

Very comfortable beds; room is small, so plan accordingly if you are traveling as a family. If you think the plane noise will bother you, ask to stay on the backside of the hotel. We found the noise soothing but not everyone may.

The room was adequate for an overnight stay between flights although I must say $300 for one night in an okay hotel seems high. But, I think that's just the times.
My disappointment was around the food -availability and cleanliness. We were happy to hear there was a restaurant and it was open quite late which was convenient. However, there were so many tables with food on the floor from previous parties it was difficult to find a place to sit without feeling a bit nauseous. Staff cleared and set the tables but left the food on the floor. Also, I would describe the baby ribs I had as cut off the bone with a sharp knife and difficult to chew hard rather than "fall off the bone". My wife's salad had mozzarella without taste like maybe it had been washed a long, long time.
But the greatest disappointment of all was breakfast. When we went to eat, we were told they couldn't order food because the computer system was down. "Oh," I said, "so you order breakfast food from an outside vendor." No. I was told they order food from their own restaurant upstairs but without the computer, they couldn't order so no-one eats. There's no back up system. Apparently, they can't write down an order and call upstairs for the cook to whip it up. Wow! Not only a stunning lack of creativity but more importantly a lack of consideration for the guests. I would never stay in this hotel again. Imagine if there was a fire and the computer system failed.
