We are so pleased with this hotel. It’s lovely, & close to the airport, so very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and held our bags until our room was ready. We relaxed in the terrific (huge) 10th floor lounge until our room was ready, which it was, for us early. The hotel is clean, smells fantastic and the room is perfect for our family of four. Everything is bright and modern. Perfect choice to stay the night before our flight.

Your search is over- stay here! Less than 5 miles from MIA. Shopping and food very close by. Breakfast goes above and beyond continental, it was enjoyable! Rooms/beds are spacious and very comfortable, flooring is wood. I love wood flooring as opposed to carpets, I look for this in the hotels we book. We enjoyed the blue lagoon view. On site Laundry facilities free of charge!! As a traveling sports family- this is a wonderful bonus. On-site bar and barbecue area is also a wonderful addition. We would definitely stay again.

The pool was busted during our entire stay. We were there for three nights. The staff was not very helpful and I felt that during checkout I was ignored even after I said good morning to the the lady at the counter. The place is very clean and the area is very walkable to many restaurants and a grocery store. I had my kids with me so we were really bummed that the pool wasn't working.

I have stayed at many hotels around Miami airport and this isn’t far the best. There are lots of food options and stores around the hotel in walking distances. They have an amazing breakfast and hangout area on the top floor. The pool area had a basketball goal that my son and I couldn’t shoot around in and then jump in the pool. Last but not least the service and staff were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, from too the brushes to a late check out. Highly recommend from a family of four prospective.

The experience was really bad because hotels made a mistake on my teservation and all of my family a party of 7 had to pay the price. We should have gotten 2 rooms and instead hotels.com inly made a reservation for 1 room. It was a bad experience and i will not recommend hotels.com
