Good Nite Inn - Redwood City

I will certainly stay here again. The access from 101 is very easy. Southbound the Fwy exit goes right by the entrance and Northbound is just a couple turns. After a day of travel, this is important off the Fwy and into the pool in 40 minutes at my age, the younger the traveler, the quicker youre off the road and in the pool. I will certainly recommend this property to other friends an family that come through the area. Thanks

Comfortable stay for the family. Pool could use a clean though

It was quite and comfortable..always stay there when we visit family in Redwood City..

This inn was a perfect night stay for my family. The friendly staff and clean rooms were great as was the pool area. Located next to a convenience store and restaurant.

Very basic. Had what we needed. Great price. We can afford to not stay with our grown children when here for a visit.

This is the hotel we stay at when visiting daughter and family in La Honda. A couple times a year

I am terrible frustrated. We had to canceled due to family emergency day and due to hours without power they were not helpful at all. We left and no refund for next few days of stay

STAY ELSEWHERE! DO NOT BOOK HERE! We were booked for nights but only stayed for 1 because of the following: • Upon checking in, I specifically mentioned to be placed in a non-smoking and room where no pets were allowed due to smell sensitivity and allergies. We were given a room that smelled like it was smoked in • Again at checkin (this is around 10pm) we asked about the laundry and was told there is… only to find out after that it was out of service from weeks and reception didn’t realize it was still out of order. We had to find a laundromat late at night and do our laundry outside the premise and got back at almost midnight. • The following day, there was a power outage. We couldn’t continue sleeping as the bedding were thin it was still cold for us. There were people yelling at the hall to get their kids out of the room. This was the time we actually were set to checkout. The person at the front desk that morning said it will be refunded and to just reach out to Expedia about the situation. We contacted Expedia our first night and the morning and told them the issues to make sure we will be refunded the night before deciding to cancel our 2nd night. We were even promised a $25 credit on top of the cancellation. Few days later they reached out and said the property wouldn’t release our refund. It was an extremely stressful experience for us and now we have to go through more.

It was very relaxing, and quiet me and my kids enjoyed staying there,

I stayed with my family. The proximity of the location to Redwood city (17min walk) made our stay very comfortable as we could use the public transport to explore the whole of the Bay Area.
