Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Francisco San Carlos

perfectly acceptable for the purpose of our visit. we needed a comfortable place to stay while celebrating the holidays with our family. We were not around much during the day and did not require much in the way of amenities.

I was very happy about with my stay here, I asked about a rollaway bed for my kid and they upgraded my room to help accommodate my stay. The pool was very clean and warm. The staff was very friendly and kind upon check in. The breakfast was amazing with the viarety they offered i would stay again and recommend!

Having a background working for hospitality industry, I know true guest service when I see it. The check-in process was great, as the agent took the time to make us feel welcomed. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast options were outstanding, clean, fresh, and delicious! Breakfast host, Maria, went above and beyond to greet us with a big smile every morning and ensured all guests had what they needed and when they needed it. The atmosphere created by Maria feels like having breakfast in your own family home - welcoming and comforting! Every employee on our floor greeted us with a friendly smile, asked us about our day, and truly demonstrated care for their guests. This is what true guest service is about and will, without a doubt, be back when in SF!
