The room was spacious for family of 5 yet so smelly and we found empty soda cans. They promised to clean the room at the morning and will send carpet refresher to help the smell. Next day, after returning from long day we found out there was no room service offered and the same trash was there!! My son dropped something under the desk and we got checked when we saw lots of dirt and spots under the desk, will try to attach photo. When we talked to the reception about the lack of room service, they were careless!! The breakfast had very limited items and they took forever to refill.

Large parking lot. Room had cob webs in the corner, refrigerator didn't work, pool very small not cleaned my grandson had to take the net and clean before he went in it, needed to get out for then to put chemicals in it, they didn't do any of this when pool was closed. Housekeepers rude, have during the morning they have a house laying across the entry no sign this could have been done earlier when not so much traffic. Breakfast they didn't have enough food was suppose end at 930 grandkids were down there at 915 because the line was horrible bread bagels sausage put away. Another day worked once initial amt was out they didn't provide any more.

Spent a night here during a quick family vacation in the bay and was very impressed. We were given a first floor suite which had some of the highest ceilings I've seen in any hotel. This made the room feel very open and overall there was plenty of space for our family of five. The room was clean and the entire hotel appeared brand new. Large gym, heated pool, and the free hot breakfast buffet was a plus. Parking is $15 for the night, but for how affordable the hotel is compared to others in the bay, I'd say it was worth the charge. Area appeared to be safe. I would recommend for families or anyone looking for a nice, affordable hotel just a 20 minute drive to the city.

for the rooms to be clean on time of arrival 3:30 check in ,for the amount of asian basketball player they were too loud past 12 midnight. On the check in 3 times I came to the counter starting at 11:45am then I went to breakfast came back at 1:15 pm still room not ready . Supervisor said about 20 more that was at 3:35pm. I waited after they service all the asians their which was 40 minutes later I finally got our about 5pm I got a room which was not across from my family

Came here for an overnight stay with my family. Parking fee of $18USD, was not told by the front desk but did see when I got the invoice. Customer service needs a little retouch compared to all the other hotels I have been to, nonetheless affordable place with great amenities. Very clean and breakfast was good.
