Stayed here for one night for an event in downtown Redwood City. Hotel is newer and very clean. Free coffee in lobby. Comfortable room. Downsides: on east side of 101 (nothing over there), $15/day parking onsite, mini-fridge that only works in 2 hour increments, no free breakfast. Traveling with a baby and it would have been nice to be able to refrigerate milk overnight. I think they do that to be 'eco friendly' but it renders the fridge useless. Other than that, quiet and clean stay.
