It was really clean , rooms were well kept. The receptionist was very polite. Overall very happy this is the second time my family and I stay there .

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room did have a bit of a musty odor to it and the baby crib was provided with a lose sheet rather than a proper fitted sheet.

i reserved a junior suite, only to find out at checkin that they gave my room away to another customer and downgraded me to a standard room without any notification. It made me feel like a lesser-valued customer. The manager was less than sympathetic. It was a 3 day weekend with my girlfriend and was ruined. unless something is done i do not plan to stay at any holiday inn.

There is mold and bugs all over the bathroom. We had to ask for fresh towels because the ones in the bathroom had bugs on them. We got in late last night and had two toddlers who just needed to get to bed so we didn’t have the luxury of trying different rooms. Carpet was filthy as well.
