My room was near the pool, so no peace until 9 pm, kids were shouting in the pool. My baby couldn't sleep at all. The cleaniness rate was 6/10. Bath tub and around it wasn't clean. When we entered the room, hairs were on the bed sheets. We asked for early check-in, although it was approved via the link, the room wasn't ready. Parking was available at any time which was very good. Accessability for stroller was good.

The Comfort Inn in Santa Monica has been a very nice hotel to stay at during our son's graduation at UCLA. My grandson and I stayed one night in a nice room with a huge bathroom. It is probably a very accessible room for someone that may need ADA wheelchair access. The room was nice and clean and the air conditioner worked great. The location in Santa Monica was excellent and very close to the graduation ceremony site at UCLA. The price was great for the location in the area of LA. I researched many hotels for good prices and they were alot more, based on closes distance to UCLA. We have an extra night booked for the following day for our family. It sleeps 5 people and has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It is very nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect our entire family.

The room for the breakfast is really small. We were told by the woman who works in the breakfast room to remove the stroller of our baby and to go and eat outside. It was raining and it was cold and our baby was sick. She was very unpleasant.

Located in a real busy area, with cars parked everywhere along the street, the sign to parking garage is not clearly visible. However the gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and check in was quick. The room I was given was in a great location, breakfast was a plenty and delicious. The housekeepers went the extra mile to help me take out of trash bags, and give direction. The only thing that keeps me from giving this hotel a 4 star is the fact that the pool was closed for my 2nd day there, “indefinitely”.
I got back from Universal Studios, wanting to relax with 2 children, and found that the pool had been closed, without notice. I would not have booked 3days-2 nights, had I known this prior.

Buildings are older but renovated recently. Only part was the wood trim along the walkways was falling apart. Our room was huge, enough room for the family. Highly recommend for families 4-7. Breakfast was included and plenty of choices to choose from. Parking was right next to the buildings.

My family and I are so happy we found this property. My mother was admitted to ICU at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center and we are from out of town so we scrambled to find a good quality hotel for a fair price. Comfort Inn Santa Monica was there for us in our time of need. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and continued to do so for the next week as we didn't know how long we'd need to be there for my mother. The facility had just gone through a remodel and the place looks great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the area was convenient and safe. 4 minutes away from the hospital we couldnt have been any more fortunate to have found Comfort Inn. Thanks for being a great choice.

I had a great experience! Check in/out was easy, the room was clean and spacious, parking was good, breakfast was good for the entire family. The room we had was 715 a king suite, which had a door between the room which was great for privacy. The room has 2 TV’s one in the room with the 2 full beds and one in the room with the king bed, perfect for a family of 6. I’d stay here again!

2nd floor room with no elevator access.
Having disability or ailment doesnt require an ada room but to have no choice but steep stairs to 2nd floor with bad hip, 3 children (1 with disabilities) was an absolute nightmare. Would not have booked if site indicated no elevator.

Our room was very outdated and in a completely separate building than the main hotel. It looks like they bought the next door property and just added it on. We specifically sought out a family suite to provide quiet and privacy for a delicate sleeper in our family. The room had two non operational vents between the main room and bedroom that were basically open holes. All light and noise came through, there was no way to close them. The bathroom was all very small and offered no privacy.
