We enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica. From the moment we checked in, (thank you, Tracy!) the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and just right for our family. The pool was well maintained, but a little cold for our Texas blood! I did feel like the required valet was a little inconvenient, but other than that I have no complaints! I would definitely stay here again.

My original room was right above the driveway of the hotel. I am a light sleeper so I asked them to change my room which they did. There was a $33 amenities charge per day for amenities that I did not use. I realize that most hotels are doing this right now but I do not agree with it. The room was comfortable, not the most luxurious, but fine. Housekeeping came every day which was good because since COVID some places do not offer that anymore. The bar was in the lobby which was good on rainy nights, we didn’t have to go out. Overall I enjoyed my stay because of the great location, near the beach and lots of good restaurants. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends and I would stay there again.

Had a great holiday while staying at the hotel. Upon check in we were put into a fourth floor room facing a run down low rise building. I went back to the front desk and they made it right. Moved us up to the 7th, where the sun was shining with peak a boo views of the ocean. The service at the desk, concierge and bell area was great. Hugo was always happy to get the beach bicycles ready for us with bottled water. Jimmy was also great at the bell desk. The lobby area is really nice and there is a games floor for kids with a pool table and games. Riding bikes was the highlight. Make sure you do this!

Staff had great customer service, rooms were clean, and the food was awesome. This is definitely a wonderful hotel that is kid friendly. I will be coming back.

My rooms were not ready at 4pm when check-in is at 3pm. One room had poor air conditioning, the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The other room had pubic hair in the tub and the tub and sink did not drain. I was charged an amenities fee fro both room but had no amenities. We were supposed to be offerred a welcome drink but because we couldn't check in until 12am because we had to go to a wedding, we were not, We were not given a newspaper and because we could not check in when we arrived, were not able to enjoy any other amenities because check out was so early. I would not return to this hotel. Mine and my families experience was not a pleasant one. I did think the valet service and bell hop service were excellent.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms super clean and the staff super helpful! Great location; one mile walking distance from everything.
The parking is a bit of a sticky wicket and there was no sliding screen door on my balcony, but otherwise I would stay there again. A sold 8 out of ten.

The place and the amenities are great. We had an issue with our room in the beginning. It was such an inconvenience for us but they were able to resolve it. We also had an issue with checking in with one of the front desk staff. I checked in for my family since my husband and daughter were unloading our luggage from the car. The front desk person did not bother to assist me even when I said checking in twice. She did not even say anything for example, "I will be assisting you in a bit, ma'am." Nothing at all. She just ignored me, typing on her computer. Then the other front desk staff saw me and said come here ma'am let me assist you. While I was being assisted, my husband walked into the lobby coming toward me the lady who ignored me smiled at my husband and called his attention, "Sir, checking in?". My husband replied, " I am with her." she smiled at him and looked at her computer.
That lady never bothered to look at me when I was in front of her calling her attention saying I am checking in but she looked away from her computer when my "white" husband walked towards me. I did not understand the behavior of that lady. Maybe because I am Asian, and my husband is white? There is more to my observation but I think that is unfair to be treated that way.

We were here to visit our daughter in Marina Del Rey but wanted to try staying in Sa at Monica. This is a very nicely renovated hotel. Our room was large and comfortable and there was a nice balcony which we enjoyed. There’s a nice pool area attached to the restaurant. We loved the breakfasts and the wait staff was wonderful. Every employee we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We were very impressed! This would be a great hotel for business or couple, but but not as mush for families with young kids. It’s not that close to the beach and there isn’t much in immediate walking distance. We did walk to downtown Santa Monica and Ocean Park which have beaches and fun areas with shops and restaurants, it’s just not right outside your door. That being said, we had a great stay and and it’s a good value.

We were there for a family emergency. Checked in late and were greeted promptly and room assigned quickly. The room was clean & comfortable.
