I stayed with 11 family members in 4 rooms. All rooms were clean, comfortable and good service. We ordered in ubereats and used a public area for dinner which turned out to be fantastic. Kids running up and down corridor without bothering anyone. Great shuttle and helpful drivers.

What you’re not told when you book is that you’ll have to pay an additional $60 for parking per day. You also have to find the parking lot, since there are no signs telling you where to go. Every space is tiny, so the majority of cars are parked over the line to fit. The area coming off the parking elevator is grungy and even the music they play is scratchy so it sounds like there’s something wrong with the speaker they never fixed. The restaurant food is okay, but expect to pay >$50 a person. I had to wait more than 5 minutes (no exaggeration, it actually took this long) just for the water in the shower to get hot, and when a family member took a bath, we almost couldn’t turn the water off because the handle got stuck. The walls are so thin I didn’t sleep well because I could hear everything going on around our room. I never was given a receipt upon check out, and there are still 2 charges pending on my credit card which reps. Of the hotel say I have to wait until they go through before they can help me. These charges are on top of the security deposit and no-one can tell me what they are. The area around the hotel is ugly and the views follow suit.

It took two hours to get an extra blanket and towel. The blanket was actually a mattress cover (pretty ratty) and they never brought the towel, which we wanted to use for a floor bed for our toddler. On top of that slow and partial service.

The wall sensors for the lights and air conditioning is an absolute joke. Go on when you don’t want it to and stays off when you do. Put switches on the dang wall, enough with the BS. Also how about bringing the prices to a more realistic amount for stuff on the property. A bottle of water in the shop was 6.50 give me a break. The prices in the 2 restaurants were untouchable. A sandwich close to 30.00? Stop playing games with all this stupidity and you actually will have a nice hotel. Oh yea and one more thing. Why put a tv kiddy corner to the bed so far away in an odd area? Impossible to watch tv from the bed. So dumb.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you are staying close to the airport. The free airport shuttle service is a plus for sure. The one thing I have to point out is the bad service. When I first arrived, my room was not ready so we had to leave all of our luggage at the front desk, since we wanted to explore for a bit. we were very surprised when they just gave us a cart and asked us to load it with all of our luggage without offering any help. Keep in mind that we were a family of 6 with 11 pcs of luggage in total. What really got us upset is that you could see staff walking around looking how we were loading the cart and no one offered to help. The same thing happened when we got back to pick up the luggage They just gave us the cart back loaded with all the luggage and asked us if we wanted to take it to the room ourselves because they were busy and it would take them a while before they could do it. Since we were really tired, we decided to take it ourselves and not wait. Once again, we could see the hotel staff walking around and looking at us but no help was offered. It was very disappointing.

We didn’t know that the airport shuttle did not stop at Terminal B. So my wife and I were waiting with our 2 kids (under 4) for 30 minutes at about 11pm… they were exhausted after a 12 hour international flight. I called and had to wait for 7 or so minutes until a receptionist kindly informed me that the shuttle doesn’t stop at Terminal B. There was NO information available on the website and Expedia did not CLEARLY state this info on their website. We finally flag a shuttle down by running and screaming after it (along with others who were in the same predicament as us). Only to find out that they OVERBOOKED by 21 ROOMS. We had made reservations and then were informed upon arrival that they were “out of rooms”. After 20 more minutes or waiting, they somehow found a room and we were finally settled. It was closer to 12:30am. Any parents reading this will know just how MISERABLE this experience was. We’ll be going to a different hotel next time.

I don't recommend for families. Flight staff in and out and you can hear the door noise all night from other rooms. Had to call the engineer every time as you get only luke warm water instead hot water in shower. Overnight parking is very expensive
