Room had kitchen facilities and kitchen essentials, separate sitting room/Dinning room/kitchen from bedroom, with 2x queen beds, so useful for family. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful

We started out being really impressed and by the following morning not very pleased at all with this hotel. I’ll explain why. Hotel is close to airport but still not very loud so that’s a plus. The suite room we were in was spacious and looked modern. Reataurant downstairs was good but you had to order at counter and the included tip was not worthy of us having to go up and get more water and stuff ourselves. At 1130 at night room service knocked while we were asleep and just walked right in until our boys sleeping on the couch told them they needed to leave. We found out about this in the morning. Also in the morning I found blood on the comforter on our bed and we noticed that all our feet were dirty from just walking around after the morning shower. The microwave didn’t work for our kids lunch we were gonna warm up before trip out so we had to use the stove. The pan started smoking and we couldn’t use the fan since it was on the microwave. The circuit breaker said circuit four was the one for microwave. And house keeping decided to try and come in again at 1040 am even though check out is 12 and we told the manager we were leaving at 1130. And for all this trouble all the manager would do is pay for half of our dinner the night before. I tried calling Expedia for a better refund and they said they couldn’t cause the manager discounted our meal. DONT STAY HERW

When a family of four books a king 1-bedroom suite, I fail to understand why the pullout bed in the living area would not be out and made, ready to be slept in for the night. However, in this case, that didn't matter since the pullout bed was 100% unusable. The mattress was about 3" thick and you could feel every inch of metal wire across the entire surface. My 9 year old could sleep on it, let alone my husband. It was utterly unacceptable. The restaurant service and food were both applaudable, as was the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Property is clean and very convenient to airport. Even though hotel is extremely close to the airport, we had no issues sleeping and you could barely hear the planes. The room was very nice and well prepared. The free breakfast is phenomenal! Many choices and different items each day. There are two main reasons I gave the average rating which make this property less desirable. #1, the parking. Different than any other hotel I have stayed in. No valet option but the parking deck is basically swipe in swipe out daily option. Stayed for 3 days and wasn't explained until the 2nd day I could buy a parking pass for the parking deck. It was very confusing and ended up costing me a lot of money bc of us renting a car. #2, House Keeping/Front Desk- Lack of towels & washcloths. I was staying with my wife and 2 children 4 of us total. At check in, we had 2 towels 1 wash cloth. Called and the sent us 1 towel and one washcloth. Was very frustrating to feel like we had to beg for wash cloths. The next day when room was cleaned we were provided with 2 towels and one wash cloth for 4 people! Called and they sent us two hand towels instead of wash cloths very frustrating. But overall this is a very good property at which I would stay again.

Arrived early and was told the room wasn't ready until 3pm. Came back at 3pm and they gave way my room. Given it was a holiday weekend, they were fully booked. I have total 4 guests (2 adults and 2 kids) and needed (and booked/confirmed) for 2 queen beds. They instead gave me a 1 King bed. I asked if there were any other rooms, they "Found" a 2 queen bed room. When we entered, it was basically a closet. It had NO windows or natural sunlight so it felt like we were sleeping in a prison cell. Never returning to this hotel again. The only positive was that the hotel manager was very courteous and welcoming. Very unfortunate given it's close location to the airport. Also, breakfast was a SH**T show. They ran out of food given the # of people squeezed in going crazy trying to grab whatever they could get onto a mini child size plate or cereal bowl :( Very sad.

Our room was nice and big and bathroom was clean, but those were the only good thing. Fake window which didn't let natural light in, smelled like someone's home who just fried chicken, beds were too soft and loud when anyone in our family would turn in their sleep.
