Loved the room. It was a junior suite and had all the comforts of home. It was clean and very pleasant. Everyone we interacted with on the staff were amazing and so helpful.

It was a very nice room but not fully cleaned after the previous occupants. My kids quickly found gummy bears left on the floor and there were a few fruit flies in the kitchen. Tried to get to sleep early for our 6am flight but a barking dog kept us up. Then when leaving at 4am there were no luggage carts and the front desk only said “sorry” and offered no other help.
On the good side the room was a great size and restaurant was fantastic.

AC did not work. It was hot the whole time we were in there. Loud constant beeping sound coming from a sensor on the wall. Staff said they would move us 2am in the morning when my kids were asleep so we couldn’t move. They said they would compensate us with a discount which they didn’t. Then said they would offer us points to make up for it which they didn’t. Very bad hotel experience

My family and I checked in around 6pm and the computers were down so they couldn’t give us any room keys. We had to wait about 20 min for someone to bring us up to our room (because you can’t access the elevator without a key)
There was also another couple that he had to bring up so he told us to go inside the elevator. Mind you there were 4 of us -plus 4 luggages, the couple and their luggages and the worker. We all had to cram in the elevator!! SMH
As we reached the couples floor, they exited and told us to meet him on the 6th floor. Guess what, the elevator ended up taking us to the 9th floor.
Luckily there were other people trying to go down so they scanned their keys to bring us to the 6th floor!! Finally reached our floor and the worker looked at us like where did we go??? Then I told him the elevator took us to the 9th floor!!! No apologies, nothing.
Then he walked us to our room and used his key to open our door.
As we entered our room (2 queen, 1 sofa, kitchen) we noticed a broken chair on the floor. So we contacted the front desk to send someone to remove it from our room. The floor was filthy, there were 2 ketchup packets on the floor, handprints (little kids) on the mirror.
Tried calling the front desk, but it just kept on ringing….
As we’re about to go to bed, I noticed something scratching the back of my thigh…but I didn’t think much of it because all I wanted to do was sleep. It was already passed 12am and we had an early flight.

Property was very disappointing. Our room was gritty (like a large group of children stayed before us). The walls were dirty, the lamp shades had water stains, the curtains were dusty, the sink disposal was full of food. Room service has to be requested, otherwise your bed won’t be made and no fresh towels. After physically requesting towels (twice) that evening, they weren’t received. The next morning I made a third request, they were finally delivered. All carpet needed vacuuming and shampooing. After paying 49$ for parking each night, we were told they were out of parking passes & to come back the next day. Breakfast was okay & the bar was convenient.

For our entire stay of 6 nights me and my three kids were disapointed of the services we recieved from the hotel manager and front desk. we never got the room to be cleaned, despite my persisting request for several times, they never came to clean up our room, we had a difficult time communicating with the manager who did not do anything about the situation, our room was dirty and missing many things ( paper towels, coffee, shampoo, cups.. ) beside bieng and nor refreshed for almost a week!
The manager told us he will investigate and give us a call, he never did!!

Great stay at this modern hotel. Great amenities and added extras. Rooms were fantastic and so close to the airport. Free shuttle was great! Would recommend for families or anyone requiring a hotel near the airport

Check in was fast and easy and the woman that checked me in helped me get to the garage! The room was very clean and comfortable for me and my family and breakfast was pretty good as well. Would stay again if we are in the area
