Los Angeles Airport Marriott

An old hotel but very convenient for Trojan families.

Staff were amazing. Rooms were not sound proof as you could hear young kids next door screaming and young couples partying. The AC was also noisy. That being said, this stay was an overnight layover for an early flight, beds were comfy and food was yummy, which suited our needs.

First our AC wasn’t working and we woke up at midnight 80 degrees in our room and they were too full to move us. Also who wants to be moved at midnight with kids sleeping. Second then our lights weren’t working in the room. Staff wasn’t very nice kinda rude as if we were an inconvenience. The hot tub was dirty as can be with junk floating in it. And restaurants were BERY expensive. Definitely better places to stay, but not ever stay at this place again. Oh and their parking is more expensive than anywhere else at $70. A day for self park.

The room was very comfortable. The bus shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The food was really delicious. The service was outstanding for a family travelling with toddler. We really appreciated it!

The staff, especially Joe at the front desk.He was super friendly and very helpful. He made sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends n family.

Worst customer service none of the employees are trained in customer service! Has a rash from comforter or pillow or bedbugs who knows not a single apology but "supervisor" raising her voice at me while explaining the situation of everything besides the bed problem (which was a huge problem couldn't sleep and had to go buy a pillow and blankets) after we checked in we overheard excited family how they were only charged part of "early check in" supervisor said.... yelled You don't know the other people status....... etc not a single time did she apologized for our bad experience and how we felt; going back to the bedbugs whoever is in charge of filing report needs to get it together and explain why a hotel manager is not able to take care of the problems and fix it or at least apologize to the guest No Matter Their Status as stated by the supervisor. The beds are horrible, stiff not comfortable at all! Location is great and Starbucks staff made delicious lattes. If you need to have a good night sleep Avoid this place! If is the only hotel with availability for the location book it otherwise Do Not Stay Here!

Nice upscale hotel located near LAX. Our hotel # 100 had a walk out patio to the pool which the kids loved!!!! Disliked all the hidden fees and hotel guest over night parking is over $50 a night!!!!!! You can’t park anywhere close over night so you’re forced to park there and pay the $50. Hotel HAS BED BUGS! I was bit during my stay there.

Friendly Staff My family enjoyed the weekend stay

Great hotel. Free Airport pickup. My flight was morning arrival with kids. Had to pay early checkin fee . Overall great hotel with good swimming pools

This was a quiet hidden gem just outside of LAX. The property was beautiful and had great amenities to entertain the whole family. I would definitely return here.
