H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton

I had issues with my stay. I wanted to like it so bad for the availability that was open same day of booking. Unfortunately I was given a room that didn't have working a/c. It was 92 degrees outside and the a/c never kicked on. I literally was so calm every time I mentioned it to them. Accepted their old school fan to cool down the room to buy them time to fix the unit. I even let the maintenance man "reset" the wall panel. DID NOT WORK. Im in the D*** room with 2 kids suffering with a fan thats barely doing justice. We had an early morning to go to a theme park so we were gone half the day the next day. I returned to the same conditions. Nobody called to discuss the matter like they said they would. I was pretty much stuck at the end checking out to accept that I never slept comfortable. They offered me a refund thru email of half of the stay. I took a video of the panel that didn't work and current room temp. They still never called back nor adjusted the full charge. Honestly, pick another hotel. Pictures is cute. Fulled me. The pool is like a bathtub for 4. I had a couple towels in my room that looked like someone toenails got jammed in it and scratched the thread off. Just terrible.

Clean, family friendly hotel with a great Disneyland location. Your little ones will have a blast!

I called 2 hours prior to arrival for a pack and play (already verified that one was available for our stay) and they will not have it available until after we are in the room for some time, said they are too busy to put one in the room and we will have to wait for one when we get there. We are arriving late with a young child so now we have to wake our kid up and wait for the crib and try to get her back to sleep. Was also on the phone for 40 minutes going in circles with people to try and help me, and never once got in contact with front desk. Customer service and compassion has just gone down the drain.

Low service in the reception except one/two men. Especially the women who checked us out had a low service attitude. The bathroom was dirty with a towel from previous guest under the sink. Medicin pill on the carpet in the room. Fitness room: - no towels (gave reception a telephone and requested towels, but nothing happend. Either the day after). - no cleaning tissues - 2 broken tredmills - broken foot holder for the rowing equipement - seemed uncleaned for days Unbelievable that the hotel was member of the Hilton family. Have the Hilton QA totally failed?

I booked a hotel room here for my daughter after she missed her connecting flight at LAX. They would not let her check in because she was under 22. It was a very scary experience for her to be turned away at 9 pm in a strange city. We received no help from the woman at the check in desk. My daughter sat there and waited over 3 hours so her father could drive to pick her up. She couldn't even use a bathroom because she didn't have a room key. Very disappointing that they refused to make any concessions to help out a child.
