Went here with my wife and son (3yr old) booked a room that sleeps 4 and also booked in my Son and Wife as a guest. We went out for the evening and up to our room. Our sons bed as a sofa bed (we expected this) however with him now asleep we find out they do not give you bedding for the sofa bed despite booking the premium room for 4 people. So a late night call to reception who seemed a bit baffled i wanted bedding for the sofa bed. A while later 2 bed sheets get delivered no pillow case of duvet case. At this point we just wrap everything in the bed sheets and put him to bed. The shower gel dispenser was also empty so that was great!. Over all very very poor service at a premium price. I have experienced far better hotels for half the price. Location is of course a premium but dont expect a premium service. Upon filling in their own feedback just got an email saying if you stay again im sure it will be fine. Avoid this place if you travel as a family.

Four night stay at my wife's conference at the hotel. The location is excellent near Westminster and Big Ben with very busy tourist pedestrian and bus traffic. Our room was not generous in size but OK. Upon check-in they asked if we opt for second day cleaning service for environmental reasons. We accepted and were rewarded with two bottles of wine. Unfortunately cleaning did not happen on the second day but the third day. Another issue with this hotel relates to lack of sound proofing. We could hear children running in the corridors and people singing two or three doors away.

What a great Central spot for our family vacation. The tube, bus, sights, shopping food were all very easily accessible. The hotel was great and breakfast delicious.

Felt fairly dated in the rooms and very small to house a family. Would think twice if you plan on bringing your family. The price reflects the location not the hotel quality.

We spent 6 wonderful days at this lovely hotel right by the Thames and across from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Very convenient to take the bus and underground. Loved every minute of our stay! Our first time in London and this hotel was a great choice for our family.

Great location and the king room with the pullout sofa was perfect for our kids. Really friendly and attentive staff.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room and lovely facilities. There is a half hour booking slot for the pool, steam and sauna. This does not appear to be enforced.
Waited patiently to be able to use the pool without screaming kids (and indeed parent who appeared to deliberately swim into my path repeatedly), but they were still in there when we finally gave up after an hour. Kids in the steam and sauna area so no escape! Breakfast chaotic, again with kids running around screaming, turning the water a fruit juice dispensers on and just letting them run. Kids just being kids I get it, but nobody seemed to care what their kids were doing at any time. If one had booked as a relaxing spa break, they’d be massively disappointed, genuinely felt more like a crèche. Breakfast choices were not great having paid £25. Tiny pots of fruit that had literally been minced. No hot vegetarian options at all. A hash brown, beans and a tomato, with some minced fruit, doesn’t seem great value to me if I’m honest. So, to summarise, a beautiful hotel, a comfortable night’s sleep and everything you might need, let down a bit by the crèche type atmosphere in the spa and breakfast areas.
