We loved the resort. It was a perfect size for our family. Kids were able to explore while still being close enough that we could watch out for them. The seating by the water for meals was wonderful and the quaint beach was never crowded. We enjoyed hours of snorkeling and paddleboarding right off shore from the resort. We wished we could stay longer.

My wife and I was very impressed by the facility. Let's start with the cleanliness of the room. We had a studio suite. The room provided excellent room for the price. The linen was of high quality. The toiletries provided were high quality as well. The concierge staff (Gary and Khalil) are great. They are always looking to assist you. The transportation service (Adrian Wilson Trans.) was good as well. They could usually be able to pick you up within 10 min of calling from any location. The pool was well kept and the proximity of the hotel to the beach was great. Not too many people on the beach so you could usually get some chairs without having to go far. The restaurant was good. Fighting the mosquitos and flies was a challenge but what more can you expect if you're eating outdoors. If you're going to TCI, getting in on Thursday would be recommended so that you can experience the Fish Fry. Great atmosphere to get a glimpse of the island culture and food. I highly recommend attending it. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Windsong on the Reef and will be telling our friends and family about it. Eddie Bo

Very nice property with amazing location on the beach. The bungalow was well kept and provided my family of 4 with plenty of space. Service was very good and location to dining, golf, and excursions was great. Will be back in the future.

We like the beach area, location, quiet and room is clean ,staff are friendly in exemption of some; we requested our butler to book us for dinner , he said he did it but when we went to the restaurant , they couldn’t find our reservation. Good thing they still accommodate us. The service for meals like breakfast was a little slow…one of the server assigned to our table kept saying i’ll be back but never did, good thing our server the day prior went to us and assist us even though he was not the one assigned to our table. Over all , we love the resort location esp the beach area, family friendly resort.

Pros: Clean ocean front room with beautiful beach. Snorkeling right off the beach, you have to wait for schools of fish to swim by before walking back to your beach chair. Can get crowded with people from other resorts walking down to snorkel. Use the grocery shuttle to get food $10 per person and eat on your balcony enjoying the view. Great for families. Cos: Construction all day for hotel expansion next door, Continental breakfast just ok (oatmeal, fruit, toast) no eggs you have to pay extra, our room was located above cafe employees are very loud at 7am setting up restaurant, pool chairs and gardening with leaf blowers. Restaurant food is not good eat elsewhere (Indigo at Wyamara) or make your own food from grocery store. Customer service is hit or miss…

I really liked how many beach activities were included and how kind every staff member was. Family traveling with kids ages 10 & younger, normally travel to Maui for tropical vacations, and we LOVED our trip to T&C by comparison. I wish the included breakfast options were more clear as well as beach activity sign-out, but we were in a rush at check-in so maybe that impacted the explanation time. It was also hard to know where to park and check-in on our first day with a rental car rather than car service so I wish the lobby was well marked from the street, but these are minor things.compared to how wonderful our stay was! I recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. I was told it was fully booked and never once felt crowded or overlooked. I really liked the pool for the bungalows and how close everything was at the hotel

I recently stayed at this property for a week with my two children aged 4 and 2. Pros: Room: We booked an oceanfront one-bedroom suite. The views were unbeatable and matched the website's description. The suite was spacious with new furniture, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Amenities: Easy access to both the pool and the beach. The inclusion of a continental breakfast simplified our mornings. The resort also provided life jackets, beach toys, and floating platforms, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Atmosphere: The resort wasn't overly crowded, ensuring availability of chairs and lounges. Cons: Pool: The pool, advertised as heated, was quite cool. Staff: The staff members were not particularly friendly. Beach: The beachfront by the hotel is small and pales in comparison to beach areas further east. Dining: The restaurant's food quality was underwhelming. Fitness Center: The workout room was a letdown. Location: The resort's location is in a slowly developing part of the island, limiting nearby activities. Without a car, options are restricted. However, having a car allowed us to explore the town, visit grocery stores, and discover other beaches. Noise: On Saturday night, there was extremely loud music playing throughout the night. Overall: This hotel offers good value and delivers a pleasant experience with its incredible views and decent amenities. However, it falls short of the expectations set by its website, particularly in terms of luxury and some amenities.

Overall, the property is very good. We had a bungalow, which was perfect for a family. The staff was very friendly, and the manager miss Annette, Wisconsin walking the property, making sure everything was correct. That was impressive! The main reason I probably won’t return is the price. It’s the most we’ve ever paid per night for a room anywhere on the planet, and it certainly wasn’t the nicest room or property that we’ve ever stayed at. In furnace, everything is expensive there, and I don’t think the expenses are justified. There are many beautiful places throughout the Caribbean with similar beaches and water that are far more affordable.
