Room and breakfast were what I expected, kids loved the pool. What left an impression was I left my camera bag on the shuttle bud to old San Juan, the driver returned it to the desk, and the staff at the desk made sure it got back to me. Thank you!! - We stayed at five hotels on the island during our stay, the staff at this hotel were very helpful compared to some of the other hotels, especially the chain ones.

Perfect safe hotel for a family vacation to Puerto Rico. Easy walking distance to restaurants and events and free shuttle into Old San Juan. Excellent parking for a rental car is an added bonus

Norma at the front desk was the best. The rest of the crew were very friendly and helpful. Longhorn behind the hotel was not so hot because the service was not on point. The property was in good condition and to avoid children noice stay away from Hyatt Place across the street. The T Mobile Center was nice and Sazon restaurant was great at the bar.

The property was very nice and the location is very convenient and to go around and enjoy what Puerto Rico has to offer. Breakfast was nice in the mornings and very convenient to grab something the morning. I Will definitely use the place in the near future again with my family. Thank you.
