This is a small hotel however, it is very well maintained and organized. It’s very cleaned and family friendly. I felt safe with my kids. This was an emergency booking because our original booking didn’t work so we were able to find this place and it was a great stay those few days. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a place for the night but don’t require much space. It does have a fridge and a microwave but the room space is somewhat limited. I feel it’s perfect for just a few nights for a family or it’ll start to feel cramped. However, if it’s just one or two adults maybe it’ll be better.

We used the hotel to sleep only a few hours after a flight cancellation.
The lady at reception was very nice and helpful. She had not yet received the reservation from Expedia, which had been made last minute. There were 2-3 other families waiting on this very small lobby. Thank God the room and bathroom were clean.

Our family just needed a room to sleep in but that is definitely all this was. It accomplished its purpose but for $200/night, I did expect something else. That isn’t much money so I had low expectations but not quite that low. I thought I saw a sign on the premise that adverorooms for $91. That seems more fitting.

It was spacious for a family of 6 although would have been better with an additional bathroom! Front desk staff need to be a bit friendlier!

Good choice for a one night stay before a cruise. Free shuttle to Pan American Pier. Staff friendly. Safe area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Older hotel no frills. Budget friendly for families.

Small boutique hotel, gives the Miami Beach vibes: colorful walls and artwork, easy distance to convention center, Old San Juan and major highways. Friendly front desk check in process 😊😊😊. Only con side is the parking but we made it work somehow. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a large family (we are 6)!

Dreams Miramar is our go-to for every visit to San Juan (the lady at the front desk recognized my name on the reservation--good memory!). They are a smaller property located near neighborhood shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket for those last minute items needed, and in one of the safer areas of SJ (at night you can hear the coqui). Dreams has a quick and easy check-in and out process, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms that are spacious enough for two people. While there are many other options for accommodations throughout SJ, this is the one that is perfect for us and I've recommended Dreams Miramar to friends and family who now also agree they like it there best.

Clean room, very quiet, nice neighborhood with some restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Bunk bed room was great for 5 people, including kids. Hard to find rooms that comfortably sleep 5.
