It was nice. I felt it a bit overpriced. Our room was not ready on time and we were unable to check in until after dinner. Very loud music everywhere. Not relaxing or comfortable for families. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you have children.

My family & I arrived before the 4:00 check in time and we were able to check in 1 of our rooms. The other was ready shortly after. The resort is beautiful with wonderful amenities. The only thing they didn’t have were activities for children. But my 3 year old still had a great time. The food on the property was good. My only issue was the pool bar. They took forever to bring our drinks when we ordered from them. But other than that, everything was great

My family and I stayed here for a week just to get away and relax! Everything about Puerto Rico and our resort was amazing!! The staff here are wonderful! We will definitely be back!!

The hotel suite was beautiful and dated. I had 2 suites. The room was very clean and spacious. No complaints at all I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Only thing I would say is the air conditioners in the rooms are great, but the outside floor itself was really hot not sure why but that would be the only recommendation to put air on the outside of the rooms far as the hallways and walkways.

Average hotel nothing special. Great location due to accessibility to restaurants and excursions. Would not recommend it to families with kids due to the type of vulgarity behavior I saw from visitors. Seem more like a party hotel.

Property was beautiful. Staff were wonderful. The beach is easily accessible. Plenty of bathrooms on site in the common areas. The lobby turns into a night club on Friday and Saturday nights. The resort itself was kid friendly. Our 12 year old loved it. We will definitely be back. Victor was our waiter on most evenings and he was amazing. Very kind, attentive, and made sure to check on us often. Ashford Avenue is a walkable area with lots of restaurants, bars, and bakeries. We enjoyed it very much.

I would come here on a Thursday to Saturday, as every other day if the week is dead. The drinks are too expensive. I had to reply on buying my own bottle. The room service is incredibly expensive. I spent $50 per meal for just myself alone. The staff was pleasant, but the front desk rarely answers the phone. If you lose something don't expect it back. I lost a white clothing and an eating by the pool. Boo one was helpful in helping to find it. It was the same for my family member. She lost a dress in her room and never saw it again. I would rate this place an overal 6.5. The amount of money you spent is not the experience and service provided.

Only slight I have here is the staff at times were slow or not proactive in certain areas of service. Getting service around the pool area was challenging at times. Other areas required us to follow-up vs. checking in with us. Otherwise HIGHLY recommend for families and singles alike.

Our family spent the week at La Concha and had an amazing time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options at The Loft and Aroma Cafe. The poolside service was excellent as was the food. We ate at Serafina and the service and food was great. Recommend making a reservation in advance. The loungers by the pool were always in high demand but the staff did a great job at clearing towels for those loungers left vacant. The hotel felt safe and we enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel with local shops, restaurants and bars. The ocean was very rough so we didn't swim due to riptides and strong currents. We stayed in an ocean view room which was extremely well fitted out. A great hotel and would highly recommend.
